Today I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel… When I’ve been into it, the onions was all hard and burnt, and the patty was flat and dry. I knew it was old or left over. I asked Cristiane If it was anyway to do something about this sandwich because I really enjoy them, but I was not enjoying this one… Right away she says why don’t I make it over for you right away! She was smiling. The whole time did not roll. Her eyes did not make me feel like crap! The next time I am traveling, I will stop in here to get food just to say hello to her because that’s great customer service.!

It has been a very long time since I have posted a positive experience about a McDonald’s. The service was relatively quick here especially because the kiosk didn’t work. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the portions were generous. Went to drive through. Had to wait 5 minutes to advance to speaker while attendant socialized with car in front of me. When got to speaker I has to wait another 3 minutes with no one responding on speaker. I drove up to payment windows and complained and girl didn’t apologize. She just asked what what was my order. Then she got wrong.
I.am never going back to that McD.

Beat the heat and stop at this chill, cozy McDonald’s! I love that there isn’t any screaming kids or obnoxious people yelling at this location. The staff is nice and aren’t on your case, they’re efficient and care about there job! The food is really good here, every time I stop by before heading to Acrisure Arena I make it a habit to grab some nuggets and a drink. The great thing about this McDonald’s is that the drinks from the fountain don’t taste watered down or stale. The place is pretty clean too! Oh and if you do have kids there is a computer station with child friendly games where your tykes can relax and enjoy some gaming time.

Horrible service horrible food. Waited forever in an empty drive through and no one took my order. After 8 minutes of waiting they tell me to pull forward and instead of taking my order, they start taking someone else’s order. I will never come to this sorry excuse for a McDonald’s again.

I am not a health nut just not a fan of McDonalds, but it was a easy stop for drinks. Best thing ever they have replaced all nut one over paid counter kid with touch screens. His job was to give me a receipt since the machine had run out of paper and give me a cups. Got a dirty look when I filled two water bottles for the road. I did not look to hard but they seem to have replaced the actual play area with computers. McDonald’s will contribute to another overweight generation.

Placed order on their self check out as I waited over 5 minutes for someone at the counter. Food came out over 10 minutes later. The worker would not hand me my food because 8 was not sitting at a table. I them asked him for my cup, to which he just placed at the counter, made me walk from my table to the counter. Drive thru gets ssrviced before walk ins. Floors are dirty, restrooms are dirty. My frys are burnt and show that the oil needs to be changed.

My wife went through the drive through for a drink. When she got home, she found a glove in the drink. Drink smelled like cleaning solution.
Manager felt that giving a replacement drink was fine. No apology.
Avoid this Location. There is minimal supervision.
