The food here is honestly really good. My fries are always fresh and the burgers put together well. The service is always pretty fast two. However, the worst possible thing I could have seen I saw. I watched an employee use the bathroom without washing his hands. Sorry I’m advance for any TMI. I was waiting for the urinal he was using. He finished his business and just walked out without washing his hands so I followed him out, not saying anything. He proceeded to walk back behind the counter and immediately start prepping orders. WITH HIS BARE HANDS. You’re telling me you think it’s ok for you to touch your junk, touch the flush lever, and the handle on the bathroom door transferring what ever nasty bacteria and germs you have on your hands to my food. This is the only thing I would ever give 1 star for.

Most incompetent McDonald’s ever. Ordered a 2 breakfast burrito meal w large coffee. Cashier tried ringing up my coffee separately which wouldve added another $3 on top of the upcharge for doing a large coffee w my meal. Caught it and corrected her. 2nd drive through window handed me my food and tried sending me on my way without my coffee. Get to work and find 2 sauage mcmuffins instead of burritos.

So the 24 hour drive-thru sign is a lie and they switch to cash only for a few hours every night. Not sure if they realize that they’re on a military base or not. Hate to give a low rating because the day crew definitely cares, but the night crew needs to step up their game.

These people work hard every time I’ve been here. Food’s almost always fresh, but sometimes they’ll be swamped and it goes by super slow in the drive thru. The service industry isn’t the best especially when McDonalds restricts their workers from accepting tips. I appreciate the people at this location, I wish they got paid a little more for what they do.

Got really salty fries and a sprite that literally tasted like sparkling water. Did not realize until i was already off base and at home what am i supposed to do go back over 5$? Really bad just threw the “sprite or whatever it was away when i got home. Anytime i go at night around 10:30 pm when i get off work you can tell they just don’t want to do their job. I’ll just wait to go to the McDonald’s by my house from now on.

Sat in drive thru for an hour. No lane available to just leave and forced to wait regardless. Drink machine not working, Only iced coffee or bottled water. At window, both employees were loud with complaints they closed at 9pm and the place is packed. Got my food at 2130. Under staffed, wrong hours posted, ineffective night manager. This place needs help!

It’s been two decades and McDonald’s just keeps getting worse. Today’s experience was the final straw. If you expect to be able to talk to a person when you walk in, you’re mistaken. You have to order from one of the four kiosks, and today, only two of them were working. It’s unsanitary to have to touch the same greasy menu that everyone else is touching, and the kiosks are slow and frustrating to use. They even have a one-second delay every time someone adds something to their cart. It took me four times as long to order through the kiosk as it would have if I had just talked to a person who could have navigated the system quickly.
