I’ve never taken the time to write a review before but from this experience I just had to. I just have to say, I have never in over two decades of going to McDonalds, all throughout the United States and even internationally, had a better experience than I did with Vanessa, the manager at this
location. Even at 9 pm her kindness and willingness to help me and my wife was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The world needs more Vanessas.

DO NOT GET A BEVERAGE HERE! I went here maybe a week ago and got a frappe and it tasted odd, it tasted like someone didn’t rinse the soap out of a glass before pouring your beverage in it. (I know they dont wash the cups before use because they are one time uses, im just saying thats what the taste was like) I was going to be late to work so I didn’t go back to complain but put it in the survey to check stuff because it didn’t taste safe to drink. My brother went there yesterday, got a soda, and he texted me it tasted weird, there was an aftertaste almost like if there was a chemical or cleaner. Like the moron, he decided to drink it anyway and now he’s vomiting like crazy. I dont know if its in the cups or the straws or maybe the ice but something is nasty in the beverages. FOOD POISONING WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!

I’m a regular customer and the new manager Seline is very rude and un welcoming even rolled her eyes to me giving me attitude won’t be coming to this location anymore , she has poor customer experience corporate will be hearing from me , is this how regular customers are treated !?!

Well my last 3 experience here are..
Extremely overstated fries. Count even eat them.
Showed up at 5am. They are not open 24hrs as they advertise on Google.
They open at 530am m-f apparently. After they they didn’t enter my rewards number (only reason I showed up this early was to get double rewards points) and gave me a deluxe breakfast that was somehow cold even tho I was the second customer there.
I DID NOT GET MY RECIEPT.
My third and final experience at this location was this morning. Showed up at 530 am. They are not open at 530 am like Friday morning. They are open at 6am now. Which is says 24 hrs online. I explain my situation to the same guy who messed up my order the day before and didn’t take my rewards number. He says oh sorry there’s nothing I can do about that YOU CAN JUST USE THE RECIEPT IF ITS BEEN WITHIN 24 hours. Well you didn’t give me a reciept the day before buddy. And even if you did. It’s been more than 24 hours. They didn’t offer anything to make it right or make me happy. After that I got my order then I sat in the drive through for 3 more minutes after I got my food. Just so I could ask her for ketchup and napkins.
All this stuff happens while it’s absolutely dead here. This doesn’t happen during a rush. I’m just going to stop eating McDonald’s for a while. It’s too expensive anyway.

The food is what is expected of a mcdonald’s. The reason I’m giving them 1 star is for one they came out and tried handing me someone else’s order. Two the girl was coughing and sniffling like she’s sick. Three she had the audacity to blame me for giving me the wrong order. Saying I didn’t use the app correctly. I use the app exactly the same every time I come to this restaurant. I type in my spot number and wait for my food. She tried saying I didn’t check in when I’m looking at my phone with the spot number on my screen paid and saying my food is coming out. She even made me late for work because she took so long.

As of 1/2024. Recently openned. Clean, modern and bright lobby. No Self-service fountain drinks or napkins/condiments. Have to ask a staff for refills. Minimum staff to take orders, suggest to use kiosk. Service was fast, comparable to other in the area. Restrooms are new with no code entry. Larger parking lot that can accommodate class C RVs. No outdoor seating.

This location sucks , always missing items no customer service from employees. The best location is at north Santa Fe , I rather drive 8 min to go to north Santa Fe then this one that’s 1 min away from my house .

Got my food and tasted the fries, definitely had been sitting there and old tasting. Asked for fresh fries and the worker took them back and then brought out the same ones and tried to tell me it was a brand new batch they took out. Either they suck at making food or she tried to pull a fast one. Either way, terrible service. And it’s not the first time the food has been gross

Came in for a pick up order and although I did have to wait a few moments, I can tell the team was working as hard as they could. I can tell they were short staffed but I appreciated the team communicating the wait time and apologizing for any time I had to wait.
