Recently took in a Florida Everglades hockey game at the Hertz Arena.
We arrived early so that we could eat at Breakaway Sports Pub prior to dropping the puck. The place is really nice. The food is delicious. The servers were great! My only suggestion would be that if they could add Samuel Adams to their draft beer selection. I really enjoyed the experience.
BTW…there are great views of the arena from the Pub.

Best Sports Pub ever. Great service at the bar. Ashlyn, James, and Anthony are very nice, and work very hard. They are running the bar very efficiently a d smoothly. The food is awesome. It is difficult to choose from the menu, because there is so much choice.
Now we are eating a pick-up pizza at home. Very well organized. And towards it we got 2 x $22 -vouchers for next season. We are looking forward so much being there again ❤❤❤

We are season ticket holders for Everblades. We eat here quite often. They give a good variety on their menu and it tastes great, too. But the service, especially Amber, is awesome! We can’t wait to get back!

I loved the ice skating! Even if you don’t skate it is fun to watch. I did get a blister but that was my fault because I wour the wrong size skates… It’s very cheap and fun for everyone. I definitely recommend it unless you can’t stand the cold. I will be going again soon

Worse time at a restaurant that I’ve ever had. We had a 630 reservation for a 730 concert. You would think that being in the same building , you would make it to your seat in time, but no. We decided to have Valentine’s day dinner at the restaurant they have. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I just hope the waitress we had is in school to be something else, because she will never make it waiting tables. I just don’t understand having to have my credit card before i start to eat. They made us start a tab, probably expecting people to walk out. My friends ordered their first round of drinks that took at least 20 min to receive. I’m talking a bud lite and a glass of wine only. After they ordered their second round, the concert had begun. And they never received them. I had to beg for our checks just so we wouldn’t miss anymore of the first act than we already had. We finally got our checks and my friends had been charged for the drinks they never received. I would highly recommended McDonalds over this place if you are going to eat before a concert. Thanks for ruining the whole vibe of our Valentine’s day.

Don’t normally leave reviews but after our experience I felt it was needed. This had to be the absolute worst service I have ever experienced, our waitress Jasmine was atrocious and oblivious. We ordered drinks and after being told the table next to us is “owned” so they are more important and had to be served first (even if that was a policy) telling your guest they are not as important as another table is absurd. She finally remembered our beverage order after being asked twice and 30 mins later, ordered our food and not surprisingly it came out wrong, she reordered the food and again she input the order wrong. She explained as a courtesy they would comp 1 meal for the inconvenience, ok fine when we brought up kids eat free on Fridays ( we had 1 child in our party) she looked at us shocked and stated ” sir it’s Wednesday ” seriously? The look of shock when she realized it was in fact Friday. When our food did finally arrive it was very good, it’s a shame that server wise it had to cost this place business as we won’t be returning and from the chatter from surrounding tables we won’t be the only ones. When asked to speak to manager multiple times we were told he was busy working the line, that’s fine and understandable but when you have that large of a complaint as a manager you should make your way over and at least say hello.

Saw Jeff Dunham this week. Great show. HORRIBLE venue. As others have stated the seats are hard as stone. With the advance time to get there and the time of the show, we’d been sitting for a good 4 hours. Will never again go to an event here. I challenge any member of the Germain family to come out and sit in those seats, crammed up against the person next to you.

Great arena for concerts but may be a bit small for really big artists. The luke bryan concert was a great event and wish there were more country stars coming in the future. Hockey ganes are always fun as well! Everblades put on a show each night!
