These people don’t know how to host don’t know how to have a cafeteria. Don’t know how to be kind. The dont know how to serve. I went in here, asked if I could have a small drink simply because I wanted to charge my laptop to do some work after they saw I was only buying a small drink and apparently using it they decide to tell me that that’s not allowed even though there’s no formal sign and it’s a standard courtesy. They thought that they would make a special exception or a special rude exception, and then tried to explain me that I’m kicked out I raised my voice on top of them, demanded a refund and embarrass the living pants off of them. I then left and decided to write this long length of report and even should go back and take a picture don’t shop here. Don’t come in there. It’s the last place in the world you should never visit. I returned the drink. Got my money back and I’m writing this furious report. They don’t want to offer every customer amenities. They don’t even deserve to be in business.

Disappointing at best. Prices have become exhortabant irrespective of more affordable places it’s the menu that used to bring me back. This time however, I felt after eating a cheeseburger, like I had a good sized bolder in my stomach. For hours. Not sure why but it’ll be some time before I go to another Mickey D’s

Worst McDonalds location in the area. Every time I come to this location, the employees are extremely rude but my recent visit is definitely my last at this location. I ordered my food for pick up on November 14 and when I arrived I was informed they were “no longer serving breakfast”. I ordered through the app at 10:25 and arrived sometime around 10:34ish. McDonald’s policy states that orders are held for 15 minutes before being thrown out so there was no reason for my order to not be done or to be thrown out. They continued to give me a hard time and said they would give me a refund. When I asked for a receipt for my refund, she told me that they could not do that and that everything was as in the system. She said it should show up in my account after 24 hours and if not I could come back. Using my time, and gas on an issue that was their fault. AND I NEVER GOT MY REFUND! Please save yourself the headache and just go to a different location. The store manager is just as bad as everyone else in the store. The location on Cannon rd in Oceanside is way friendlier and for the most part, make way less mistakes.

Some employees do not speak english natively which makes communication difficult. The food quality was also mediocre. McFlurries weren’t even mixed….I got two Oreo McFlurries and they both had a tiny bit of topping, and then pure, plain vanilla soft serve for the entire rest of the cup.

Why would anyone pay these people $20 per hour? Is their management encouraging them to be lazy? It wasn’t even busy. I can’t imagine being such a bad worker when I was young enough to work in the service industry.

Can we fire them and replace them with AI? You don’t even have to lower the prices – just fire the people so I get consistent quality and don’t have to deal with language barriers.

it genuinely sucks when my order is either wrong or cold & this location never fails to give me at least one of the two.

I’m convinced that no one in the service industry knows how to read anymore. This time it’s small I said no pickles. The tag on the burger said no pickles. Burger has pickles. I hate pickles the flavor of them ruins the whole sandwich for me. But it’s always something. Usually they forget one or more items from the order.

I used the app to purchase food. I can deals with the app that I normally don’t get if I walk in and buy food. The restaurant had recently been refurbished. I will give it 5 stars but there was homeless people sitting down nit eating and some of customers did not clean up after themselves and left food on the table so that was very disappointing.

Purchased a chicken sandwich 8/8/2021 from this location and I will be honest I wasn’t impressed!!!! The chicken was over cooked, the sandwich was messy, and the pickle was so sad!!!

From a franchise that has been around forever you would think they would take pride in what they serve!!!
