Based on my very last visit last night, the server was very kind. However I’ve been there 3 times this week (yes three times, i have a child on the spectrum who only eats nuggets and fries) with no one in line but they seem to take the car that pulls up after me a few times vs alternating the drive thru line. This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Terrible customer service, got my order wrong. Manager was no where to be found. Workers could care less about your order. My food was wrong and cold. They had no ketchup or straws for my drink and I received the wrong drink. I suggest they change the entire staff or close this McDonald’s down. Absolutely terrible!!! Garbage, 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday lobby is closed, I’m on a motorcycle. Slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. Every time I pull into this establishment I end up regretting it. Now that I’ve actually posted a review about it I’ll just not anymore. Save myself the anger and frustration.
