I’ve been to this location many times and the experience is no different than any other McDonald’s. HOWEVER!! Today, for the first time in at least 3 years, SOMEONE understood their assignment!
I have a sweet tooth for their caramel frappes and I always order 3x caramel which 50% of the time still arrives with little to practically no caramel. The rest of the time it’s okay, but clearly lacking 3x caramel. But, today…..
THEY CAME TO PLAY AND DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!
Yes, I realize if I end up in a diabetic coma, I have only myself to blame.

Worst customer service at a McDonald’s that I have ever seen. On the 2nd morning I went there the manager Miriam was at the window handing out food was making me very uncomfortable by staring at me with that weird look in her eyes like I’m some kind of alien. It felt like she had the whole worries of the world on the head. Not a single word she spoke , no hello no thank you, nothing. She is not fit for a customer service position at all. They gonna lose business like that.

It’s almost like McDonald’s doesn’t want people to go to them anymore. Their prices are pretty much a sit-down restaurant at this point and the quality has gone downhill consistently for at least the past 5 years. Pretty much the only thing I’m willing to eat from there now is their french fries and a small fry will run you almost four bucks. Those automatic kiosks are difficult to use and annoying. I don’t blame the workers for being frustrated because they’re consistently understaffed it seems like too. For what it’s worth everyone was polite

Checked my food. Fries were over cooked, burnt and very oily. Went inside to swap for fresh fries and they gave me the exact same style of fries, over cooked, burnt and extra oily. If you see the fries coming out that way, change the oil for the fries, it’s old and burnt. I don’t know if she was the manager but she rolled her eyes when I called her out on the fries and gave me attitude, while I was very polite about the whole situation. Going to McDonald’s and get fries you’d expect the golden crisp fries , fries are McDonald’s bread and butter. The manager should check her stations instead of taking pictures on Snapchat at the front counter. Was our go to spot but I guess whoever took over needs to check there workers and managers. Got me refund for the food. Never going back to this location. Horrible!!!

The little girl in the drive thru was too lazy to give me my change back. Didnt care about the 50 cents but then also decided to not give my correct order of sauces with my 10 pc nuggets. I dont even care about the 50 cents but bro isn’t even competent enough to put the order in the bag correctly come on…

Food is usually good, don’t really have any real complaints other than I’m usually missing something. Usually apples for my kids happy meal or a bbq sauce – small things. But this time it was a burger patty….didn’t realize it until I was at home and took a bite…never had that happen before. I had bought a two cheeseburger meal and one was a complete cheeseburger, the other was not. I can’t go back so I tried to call just to let them know – their number listed online is disconnected. So yeah…don’t think this can get fixed but it’s OK!

Miriam Medina is a very unprofessional for a store manager I have witnessed her being very mean to her employees and she was rude to me when I ordered a L fries and I asked for a fresh fries she had said that they cannot give me fresh one she needs to be fired her service sucks this is the second time I been to this McDonald’s and these 2 times I been there I saw her behavior is very uncomfortable!

Miriam the manager she’s very unprofessional and has no customer service experience with either customers she has nasty attitude and while we were sitting and eating she kept on looking at me and my daughter with a nasty look I waited 15 minutes for a ice cream cone and then she finally brings it and I said it took 15 minutes for a ice cream cone she gave the worst attitude ever she was like there is nothing we can do about it when we are busy.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately I am. I maybe buy my kids McDonald’s twice a year. Today we went because of a special occasion. Tge employee took my order correctly, but whomever bagged our meal didn’t do their simple job right. They don’t know how to count. I got a 20 piece nugget. They gave us 18. And they didn’t put my fries in the bag. I called to let them know but the phone number doesn’t work. I live 15 minutes away. I dont want to drive back for the missing food I paid for.
