Haven’t had Hardee’s in a while. Boy do I miss it. Got the Super Star burger. It was delicious . And the restaurant was clean and sanitized. No line at all either. The service was awesome . Got to try the monster burger . It was a quick stop to use the bathroom and get a bite to eat on our way home from Myrtle Beach.

The fast food restaurant in today’s world believes that they are a 5 star restaurant, and in all actuality they are just a fast food restaurant who over overcharges for low quality of food. Save your money and cook your own food, it will be better quality and taste much better.

We stopped here for breakfast, they took our order: one chicken biscuit and one egg biscuit. It was correctly repeated back to us. We paid at the pay window, the girl was courteous. We got to the pick up window, the server passed us the package, she didn’t say thank you, have a good day, enjoy your food or anything, just handed the bag to us while turning to walk off. We checked and had only one biscuit in the bag (note the “double checked for accuracy” sticker on the bag). We went back to the pick up window, a different girl passed a bag to us (mumbling her dislike for her job, I guess), she didn’t say thank you, have a good day, enjoy your food or anything. Now, I had checked the other bag and clearly saw egg in that one, I didn’t see anything else. (double checked for accuracy) We came from a good distance so I did not want to completely open the biscuit wrapper there because I did not want my biscuit to get cold or have it crumble in the car. We got home and lo and behold! I had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit which I hate and did not order, the bacon and cheese were sliding out of the end that I couldn’t see when I first checked the bag.
Don’t tell me your employees put that “double checked for accuracy” sticker on that bag by accident because I won’t believe it!! I gave one star because my husband said the chicken sandwich was good. I watched him eat his breakfast while thinking about how really good this Hardee’s used to be. We won’t be going back to this one, they need to train their bagging employees how to double check for accuracy and while they’re at it, they should train their pick up window employees some courtesy manners.

I selected the two sandwiches for $5 yesterday for breakfast. I chose the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the chicken fried steak sandwich. Both were very disappointing. The chicken fried steak sandwich was very plain and dry, with no gravy or anything. Even a pickle would have helped. No Flavor. On the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, they forgot the cheese. I really don’t know how mistakes like these can be made in a real restaurant. They need to be retrained.

Went with my mom and 3 kids. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich and got one with tomatoes lettuce and mayonnaise on it. Asked for 2 ranch chicken wraps and got honey mustard. Cheeseburger was dry tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours. Fries were cold and under cooked. Got 2 milk shakes and half of the cup was whipped cream.

I came to this Hardee’s instead of the one on 301 because I wanted to leave a good review. My fries were cold, and my 5 piece was more like a 4 piece with one of the pieces cut in half.

Ordered from drive thru after driving 9 hrs and heading to the hotel. Told me to pull forward. Then they apparently never took my order so had to re-order from the pick-up window. Food came and I took off only late to realize the double cheeseburger combo I paid for was a nasty chicken sandwich that looked like it was made hours ago. Half convinced the workers didn’t care and just wanted to get rid of their inventory after the lunch rush.
