Staff was friendly, pretty clean lobby, there did seem to be several homeless hanging inside and outside. Additionally I ordered 2 large combos, you would expect fries to be full not just get a large box, they were also old, cheeseburgers and fish sandwich were decent.

Keeping the ordering kiosks with paper is a must, otherwise they are a big fail! How do I prove I ordered anything? Also not happy about the self-serve soft drink fountain taken out of service. I could have easily rectified myself that staff brought me a diet coke instead of regular rather than waiting at the counter.

It’s be nice being able to actually get our food at the pick up window rather than always being asked to park at the reserved spots. It’s not like we order something difficult. Every single time we come we are told to park to get our food. We’ve been waiting 5 minutes for chicken nuggets
2024 update: Placed an order through mobile app. Arrived and checked in. After 10 minutes nothing. I tried calling and had no answer. At 15 minutes my husband went inside to check what was going on. While he went inside I received a call back from the manager saying they were sorry for taking so long and would be adding a pie to the order due to the inconvenience. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said no because we’re just trying to get our food and go home because my husband has work soon. My husband comes back out of the restaurant and says he couldn’t get a hold of anyone because they were all ignoring him. Eventually our order comes out. I had ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and asked for ranch for my meal, my husbands meal and ketchup for our daughters meal. When we got our food we asked if there was ranch in our bags, the worker handed us two ranches and said yes. We checked our bag and there was a 4 piece nugget box and no sauces other than the two the lady handed us. What should’ve been a quick 5 minute trip ended up being almost 30 minutes. Oh and the pickup spots were empty and the drive thru line was short. The inside of the restaurant wasn’t full either.

Very slow. Waited about 10 minutes to have my order token then only because someone spoke up and also been here when they were not busy. Still waited for someone only to get my order wrong. May be my last time at this location cared more about uber eats orders and drive threw which you can see is longer than I’ve ever seen. At least 25 minute wait for food. Might as well get something worthwhile for that time frame. Not coming here again.

Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and received a greasy box full of tarter sauce. This was done malishisly because I’ve seen other photos of the same place with a bandage inside of the burger. This is not right. I never post things or give surveys but this needs to addressed especially with this hole pandemic situation we are in. Spoke to the manager Jorge and all he can say is” i’ll talk to the kitchen” People are trying support fast food places but for someone to do that.That ain’t right!!! I attached photos of other people’s post of the same place.

Has a tree house theme playground inside which is great for kids. The location inside is pretty nice, helpful and kind employees. The location outside isn’t 100% safe since frequently seen transients hanging out and used drug syringes on the ground. So make sure to not leave anything valueable in your vehicle when you are at this location.
