I visited this place for the first time. I told the lady ringing me up this, and she gave me free sourdough bread! She was so kind!

Nice French brunch cuisine, I love it this was my first time here with my family, it gets kind a difficult to decide what to ask, but we did enjoy everything, I had a croissants and Capuccino Expresso.

I went and placed an order to go. I wanted a crepe with blueberries and cheesecake they had on their website, but the person at the counter says they don’t carry that anymore, they have only a crepe with strawberries and Nutella. Ok, I decide to take one of those crepes, but I made very clear I CANT EAT CHOCOLATE, so please just the crepe with the strawberries. I take my order and drive home. When I get here, they sprinkled chocolate chips on top. WTH? someone over there its not paying attention at what they are doing. crepe to the trash.

I ordered the chicken salad croissant and not only was the croissant different which I was advised they stopped doing the half sandwich and soup and now do full sandwiches but when I got my order I opened up the sandwich because it was made so sloppy and I had to re make it and THANK GOD I did because tell me why I found PLASTIC SHREDS IN MY CHICKEN SALAD???? Like seriously?? So scared to order now. Not to mention the new management is a mess the kitchen people are sweaty and a mess and the bakery are reeks of cleaner. I have bought pastries here numerous times and many times cannot eat it bc it tastes of cleaner like they clean the window and then it’s residual left in fumes the baked goods

This location is not your typical restaurant you are served Luby’s style which means with a tray you order your food and as you move down the line you are given your food unless the entree needs more time then it will be brought to your table. No complaints, busy as usual and food was consistent with other locations I have been.

Had the chicken and an omlette, thought it was kind of bland, could use more seasoning. The lemon tart, and caramel crambule were good. Atmosphere was nice, and service was good.

This review is only about food from the pastry counter. We got some pastries and bread to go here. The croissant was good. The cakes were OK but were not what I expected in my humble opinion, based on French pastries I’ve had before. Our cashier was nice and the atmosphere seems pleasant. I might prefer to try the dining here rather than the sweets next time.
