Extremely poor customer service. I asked for help on the kiosk with some order issue. Cashiers told me they couldn’t assist because they only had two people and that I would have to wait. I waited for 10 minutes, only to be denied assistance again. We told the cashier we had been waiting for a long period of time. He replied, ” I don’t know what to tell you, your going to have to keep waiting”. Then I asked, “How much longer?” He responded with an “I don’t know.”
We ended up leaving and going some place else to eat.

I just stopped at the drive thru for a sodas and chicken nuggets for my kid. The line was long but surprisingly, faster that I thought. The fries and chicken nuggets were nice and hot. The employees were nice despite being busy.

Every time I have ever tried to come here before 7 AM I’ve been refused service. This time Ingrid told me she can’t give me my order because the system is rebooting. I sat in the drive thru waiting behind another car and they wouldn’t even talk to us and tell us why they aren’t serving. I was stuck for a while and couldn’t get out. Definitely the worst mcdonalds location I’ll stick to Colima

Don’t come to this place. I would go to another McDonald’s nearby. I ordered in the app and went to pick up, no one greets you when you get to the speaker at drive through, I waited for a long time, and finally started saying hello to the machine before someone acknowledged I was there and asked me to wait. Then it was another long wait before I can tell someone the code. Next I get to the first window and the wrong receipt was printed, had to ask for the correct receipt. Then to the second window and the wrong order was handed to me. Told the girl the order as not correct, silence for a long time while I waited at the second window. Only after a long wait the girl asked me to pull into one of the spots and wait for my food there. To top everything off, when my food finally got to me, it was lukewarm.

Two years after my last review, and this place had only gotten worse. I placed my order at 12:58pm and nothings happens for more than 40 minutes. When I asked the staff about it, they did not give me any responses. When I asked again, I get an angry reply “do you want me to prepare your food or get a refund”. So much for “FAST” food and “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!

i came in and ordered 3 happy meals a coffee and fries and the 2 girls working charged me a extra 2 meals and when i got my refund they didn’t even refund me the whole amount, they looked high ♂️

Don’t use credit cards or debit cards if you expect to not get a refund. I ordered two cheese burgers and I get a fish sandwich. I’m highly allergic to fish, the employees that are do not care. the attitude, disrespectful on their faces. I’m never eating from this branch again. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I have coming to this McDonald’s for 50 years and the service there is not very good now. Tables are usually dirty and the printers in the ordering kiosks are always out of paper, that is if the kiosk is operational, leaving you no acknowledgment of your order. It is nearly impossible to flag an employee as they are in the kitchen and none at the counter. Also the self-service drink dispensers have been disabled and hidden behind posters.

This is a terrible location they make you park on the side and there’s nobody there that management is absolutely terrible. I have four cars parked on a side here. Nobody in the drive-through and I’m still sitting 10 minutes.
