If you want any kind of service, do not go to this location! I should’ve know better when I walked in and noticed dirty tables when it wasn’t even busy! Placed order on kiosk and waited over 10 minutes by front counter, to pay with cash. Nobody ever came up front to take my money, so I left.

I ordered a 40 pc. Chicken nugget and 2 large fries, I received everything in my order except for the main food, the nuggets! I only got 1 bag of “10” nuggets. Counted them and found out, it’s only 9! I’d just like to say, if you’re gonna work at a restaurant, learn how to count nuggets at least!

the staff in nicer words are Hard of thinking. Asked for a grilled chicken snack wrap whoever was working the speaker repeated and asked me a grilled one? I said yes and yet I received a crispy one if she wasn’t too busy gossiping with whoever else was working with her maybe she would’ve got it right. Went today to order my cousin some nuggets and when he opened them they were raw. I’m not the type to go back up and have them fix it but he’s a little kid and shouldn’t be eating that. I told the girl with glasses and she got rude. She gave me the bag and told me to check the nuggets. I get it happens but shouldn’t you know what raw nuggets look like. Never bringing my cousin again. You spend a lot of money to get raw nuggets and she my drink had no syrup at all tasted run down.

Wonder if they wash their hands here. This was the guy at the window. Everything else was dirty. 1 of the drive thru lanes was not working. Did not know until we drove up to it. Staff would not be considered welcoming. Food items ordered were average. Without a coupon it was not worth it.

The worst drive-thru experience I ever had!!!!
This afternoon I decided to get some food from McDonald’s this location, and I used a drive-through, at first I wait for a couple minutes to get somebody order for me, at that moment I notice it’s not that busy, so I wait a couple minutes. The girls start placing my order, and I noticed she was talking to somebody so I decide to ask her gently to see if she can repeat my order just in case my order is right on her screen since I saw the big screen in front of me it shows different order, and she told me the one on the screen is not my order and I asked her then can you repeat that my order, and she just tell me to move to the next window to pay. When I saw the receipt the order is different. I told her that I ordered a regular quarter pounder and double quarter pounder, both without bacon, and she just ignores me and tell me to go to the next window. so I drove to the next window to tell another lady my problem is, and she fixed it for me, but I still have to park and for ten minutes during a busy hour. Could’ve avoided all this if the first girl repeated my order! I would never come back to this location the worst experience that I ever had! Fries were soggy and gross too!

I came to this McDonald’s Sunday morning to get breakfast for my family. It was very crowded but they seem to handle crowds well. The woman took my order from one of their new big screens in the area where the line forms and she definitely knew what she was doing. After giving me my order and upon verifying its accuracy, I headed on my way. They even put the extra syrup and butter in the bag like I had requested previously.
This was a great experience and I recommend coming to this McDonald’s location for food if your heart so desires fast food!

Food was a bit cold . I ordered a Big Mac with only Sauce no lettuce no pickles . And somehow that meant to get rid off the Big Mac sauce and add mayo and still have lettuce and pickles .. didn’t even eat the burger ..

I went to the drive thru to get food. I ordered and paid. Then I was told my order is finishing and told me to move to the other window to wait. From there I waited 20 mins for the food to then have and employee asked for a code. I didn’t order online, I ordered from the speaker from my car. Horrible experience from this location and I always had good experience with this location. Will not come back

Asked for fresh!!!!!! Nuggets and fries, mind you we go out of our way to go to this location and expect better food than the one closest to our work but had an awful experience fries were stale seemed like a week old even after asking the girl at the drive through to make sure they were fresh very disappointed waste of money
