I ordered a 5.00 Mc Double meal plus an extra 4pc mcnugget in the drive thru at 0330am. Not only did they not listen by taking the wrong order but the cook made a naked double cheeseburger. I called and it rang 25+ times. No answer. Ugh. I was home when I noticed it. This place gets an F!!! Btw this is my ketchup.

We ordered breakfast from herd three times. Each time we ordered a BACON, egg and cheese bagel. They have been sending the most diabolical steak bagels every time. Maybe hire a group of staff that has reading comprehension skills.

Tonight I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I got there, parked in spot number 1 and the App said my order was almost ready. I had a couple of different girls walk out with bags of food, asking me what I ordered and none of them were my order. Meanwhile, there were about 6 – 8 kids running in and out of the restaurant. At one point there was a girl that opened the door on the drive through side and threw a pop at another one of the kids. One of them had like a toy machine gun or something chasing kids in and out of the store, they were acting all crazy, out of control, I can’t believe neither McDonald’s or Shell did not tell them to leave. After 25 minutes, I had to walk inside to get my food myself. Some of the staff were in there cussing at each other with customers in the store. I just don’t know what it is with young people these days that they think that is acceptable and appropriate. It isn’t.
They finally found my food and of course it had been sitting, getting cold for over 25 minutes.
The one staff member did get me fresh french fries, apologized for the service and gave me some apple pies to make up for the bad service.
I have honestly never had this problem while doing a curbside pickup at this location. Service is typically just fine. It was disappointing tonight.

We ordered some waters with 2 large fries and 2 medium fries with no salt, we pulled up and paid at the first window, then we drove up to the second window, I asked for the waters after we was told to pull up with three small bags for the grandbabbies so I wouldn’t have to get out and remind anyone for the request, and the girl that claimed that she is the night Manager said that she will have all that when they bring it out.., sooo, we sat at number 2 lot for 5 min and she screamed and said pull up to 1 lot, we sat there for an extra 10 to 15 minutes in heat with no air conditioning in my car.. the girl came out with no waters or 3 bags and the fries didn’t even seem full for the price we paid.., so I asked about the waters and bags and she said I need to pay when I already had ordered waters. I was sitting in the car with my 3 grandbabbies that was extremely thirsty and hungry experiencing hard times from the day, and she said I have to pay for waters when we ordered waters already. Why was that not an option at the speaker??? She was very rude and non compassionate nor cared enough and said we had to pay for a waters and there is no courtesy cups of water at this McDonald’s.. so I wanted to record how we was treated as a customers after we sat in heat after paying money and had to sit and park in trash and couldn’t even get any water as me and my 5, 4 and 2 year old grandbabbies plus my 8 month pregnant daughter sat and waited feeling dehydrated! This how McDonald’s treat folks in 2025! I hope she is treated the same way when she needs water. This happened around 10 pm.

Just left from there with a pretty big order. 6 sandwiches, 3 medium fries, 1 large fry, a large carmel frappe, and 2 6pc nuggets. While at the drive thru speaker, I requested that the fries and nuggets be made to order (fresh). When making it to the first window, I asked the young man if he heard my request for fresh food and he stated “yes”. Make it to the 2nd window and waited maybe no more than a minute or 2 for my food. He hands me the bags and I drive off, trusting that my order was made as requested as I never had an issue at this location. Get home and the fries are cold. I requested them be fresh because I have a 10min drive home and wanted to make sure the fries are still hot. The nuggets are cold also. Normally, drive thru pulls me forward as they make the food fresh but not today. I’ve called the location at least 3x and nobody answered. So you’re telling me I just spent over $30 at this location just to get home and be unsatisfied. The medium fries inside the box are the equivalent to a small, boxes aren’t even completely filled. My large fry is the size of a small. Uploading pictures for reference but I need someone to either refund my coins or replace the food. And I’m not driving another 20min to pick up more food and get home when the order should have been right from the start. I’d appreciate if someone contact me regarding the issue as soon as possible. The pictures uploaded are 1 medium and 1 large fry for reference. And nothing has been eaten from either box.

Terrible customer service food they never have nothing. You say what u want and if they dont want to cook it they won’t. Workers always outside smoking. It’s never open 24 hours. I mean just close this place down

I should’ve known yesterday this place was suspect by the way I heard the employees get smart with the customer while I was behind her in service through .
Today was no different, employees didn’t act like they wanted to be there. Young gentleman at the window was ok but 2nd window not so much. The lady wasn’t pleasant and food was so badly burnt and stale I tore most of the edges off in hopes that it would taste better.
Years ago this place was suspect but it wasn’t as bad as it is now. I guess good help is hard to find .
