2 lines of drive through, i was in the second line. Waited around 5 minutes after the last car. I said hello for a couple of times but no answer. Uh, if you are going to take some time which i really don’t mind, just let me know. COMMUNICATE. But nooooo, they don’t give a damn and make you wait without saying anything. Customer service was bad. I said no receipt very clear but she still gave me a receipt and she has an attitude. If you don’t want to work or don’t like your job then quit your job of giving everyone just wanted a simple fast food breakfast a hard time.

This McDonald’s has everything you need for a pleasant visit — a convenient Drive-Thru that’s quick and efficient, and a large playroom where kids can have a great time. The coffee is always delicious — rich, aromatic, and energizing. I especially love stopping by in the morning: grabbing a cappuccino and feeling the day kick off. The atmosphere is cozy, staff are friendly, and everything is clean and well-organized, even when it’s busy. It’s a perfect spot for a family breakfast or a quick stop during a road trip.

This one star is for the management. This location is severely short staffed at least on Sundays. I ordered 1 combo only to find out there’s only 2 McDonald’s workers and have been here for 44 minutes still waiting. Thank you to staff that was here in the morning on January 18th trying their best. Management you need to step it up and hire more people. I never leave reviews but it’s been such a bad experience that I’m leaving one.

How can you call it fast food when it takes 47mins to get the food? Everytime I order mobile order or drive thru it takes over 30 minutes to get my food; and today it took me 47 minutes (47min from time of order, 25mins from time of arrival). I use mobile order to get it fast, but every single time I need to wait for them to barely start making my order and people who came in to order the food while I’m there get it before me.

I rarely give high ratings on reviews. I usually leave one star rating and talk about the truth. However, this McDonald’s might be one of the best I’ve ever been to. I usually order my food on the app and wait at the pick up spot. They are always prompt. Today, I saw a long line at the drive thru and a lot of people parked at the pick up spots even though they just went in to get food(maybe they can’t read the signs? Or just being selfish because there were plenty of other parking spaces) anyways, I ended up putting my pick up parking spot no. 5(only 4 spots all packed with selfish beings) and the spot Im at has no pick up sign. They came out after 10 mins(which I didnt expected because many people were there today) . And the staff gave me my food he said he knew what i meant by putting spot 5. The food was also fresh. When I have app issue, the staff helped me with my food at the counter very promptly as well, they were not impatient and mean like the McDonald’s at Rosemead/duarte.

Stay away from this location. I got cheated out of my Monopoly pieces by the staff. Also, they wasted my time lying on the phone about a special they said they had but ended up not having when I arrived. I called my phone at 7:00 a.m. on the way to work to ask if they still had the $6 value meal. It would be obvious that no one will be calling that early about lunch, or at least ask the obvious clarifying question if I was inquiring about breakfast or lunch. But she just said yes, so I came and asked for the $6 breakfast meal and they said that deal expired already. So I ordered the regular egg McMuffin combo, paid and drove off I reached in my bag for the Monopoly pieces and they weren’t there. I had to bust a u-turn and walk inside this time and wait to ask this time about my incomplete order. They pointed at a sign on the wall that said limited supplies on the Monopoly pieces and then told me that they were only giving them for the large coffees and not the McMuffin or the hash browns. Well the sign on the wall doesn’t stipulate what items they are specifically choosing to give out the pieces for. So I have to guess which items I have to pay full price for to get my rightful Monopoly pieces?? Stay away from this location.

I went there about 30 minutes ago. I redeemed my points for a cheeseburger and when I took a bite out of it there was no hamburger patty, all I got was the buns, mustard, ketchup, pickles but no patty. I called to let them know so they can give me back my points but all I get is the busy sound. Can I have my points back? I didn’t even get a whole cheeseburger!

Better location compared to others nearby but my family got food and someone who ordered a Diet Coke, got a weird mix of what tasted like Soda (not Diet) and The unsweetened Ice Tea. This family member can not have sugary drinks, but apparently the employees couldn’t be bothered enough to make the right order. Also missing all 3 of our fries, and now we have to go all the way back. Very displeased with the one location we trusted to get it right. Start keeping employees who have ATTENTION TO DETAIL for the orders.

The two employees that work in the drive through through need to switch with their other employees they dont follow orders even going there multiple times still get it wrong and have a very shitty attitude when picking up the food this happens alot for me during this time slot hire better workers at least for the window.
