You can definitely tell this place is not a In n Out or Chick fil A. It’s like they don’t want your business. The lines you see at the drive thru is so long. I can imagine how many people see the line and just say forget it. I should have, but too late Ike stuck in their poorly designed thru line where it cuts thru their pedestrian walk way. So cars are stuck on the street with although there is two order here box, they choose to having only one open for some reason. Why did they spend all that money to add an additional lane and not use it.

My kids love to go play on the indoor playground. They always have a restroom for the little ones. Always a long line. Especially when you walk in. Order is always right so far. Not rude. I shouldn’t even give this place a star to begin with but it’s the only way to leave a review, sadly! Went through the drive through today around 7:25pm and tried ordering some stuff but this rude BOY Manuel, decided to give me attitude and rush me to complete my order. This BOY has no manners and no customer service experience, acted very careless and management didn’t seem to care or have control over his crew. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed of this location. Who ever runs this location should better train these employees and “MANAGERS” because it seems to me that no one here likes their job and look miserable, to the point of giving poor customer service.

The shift around 6:30 pm has the worst cashiers ever they’re angry and they served the coffee all cold and after I ate my food I felt nauseous I had to stop coming here and so is the rest of my family and friends they should fire all those people that work during that time. Also the manager joey didn’t even care when I told him my coffee was cold. Not sure why they’re working there if they don’t wanna work.

I chose the park and pick up service and it was quick. Worker came to my car and my order was accurate. I love using the McDonald’s app. I did not go inside, but the outside was clean.

Everytime I come to the drive thru for McDonald’s they always mess up on my order. This would have been the 4th time. Check your bags before u leave the drive thru. I tried calling the McDonald’s but they do not answer their phone. I left a bad review those other times because I had to get stuck with what they gave because I didn’t feel like driving back.

Ordered a Carmel frappe with two extra shots and when I picked up the order the worker did not inform me that their Expresso machine was not working, nor did they offer a refund of the extra charge of the Expresso shots. I did not find this out until I got home, went back and asked them why I was not giving the Expresso shots with the drink and that’s when they told me the their machine was down. They withheld this information from me and would have kept my money if I did not go back. When I asked for my money back the cashier has the audacity to say “it’s probably only 0.25 cents”, which it was not it was $1.00. Companies like this think that scamming people out of their money is fine.

I’ll start of by saying we live like 2 block away from this McDonalds and avoid it! I say about 75% of the time they get our order wrong. Yes, their drive thru and pick up is somewhat fast but at a cost of poor quality check. We have to go inside or miss out since we end up driving away somewhere before we fully check.
