This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. But what’s more upsetting is the lack of communication. Only communication we received was from the driver delivering the food.
$40 only to get a drink and a burger with no cheese when we were supposed to get a family pack. Customer service is no help and when you call it rings and no one answers. Not too mention we waited over an hour and the app wouldn’t even let me cancel my order.

I arrived placed my order for breakfast and sat down with my table number card. After 15 to 20 minutes I realized it was taking awhile. I went to the counter holding my table card number. I was ignored for the most part of 5 minutes when a woman who was wearing a manager sweater asked me what my order was. I told her my order. She said something to the cooks, I believe asking where my order was. She came back saying something about just needing to cook my hashbrowns. She turned away, I waited a second, being tired I sat back down with my number. Five minutes later a very rude woman older with died blonde hair and yellow vest (she was yelling order numbers out for her shift duty) brought me my food with no juice. She asked what my drink was and I told her. I started to eat because i was starving, after a while I noticed my drink had not come. I observed the woman with the vest putting hamburgers into to go orders. I again went to the counter…she started filling my cup as approached, she grabbed a straw as if to deliver it to my table bit when she saw me quickly handed me the drink and inexplicably through the straw back into the box…I could’ve used that. The staff didn’t even say sorry. That’s all that I could’ve asked for but they obviously didn’t give a crap and why should they? The manager was leading and the restaurant was so busy they don’t need me. My breakfast burritos were sloppy I’ve been eating them for 30 years I can tell when it’s done with little care. I usually don’t even sit in a McDs for that long when I order and eat in. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mcdonalds EVER…and I ate at one in Harlem in the 90s….

I ordered a mcgriddle with just egg and cheese through the drive-thru. I received a mcgriddle with sausage and cheese. I even reiterated NO MEAT. I tried to call the store and the phone number is not correct. Staff was not very friendly. It was around 6:30 a.m not busy at all.

It was getting late and I needed to grab something quick to feed my family. Naturally, Happy Meals are always a must for my little ones, and I also ordered a Big Mac meal along with their promotion buy one double cheeseburger and get the second for a dollar. The food itself was consistent with what you expect from McDonald’s.

However, this particular location has repeatedly failed in one major area: accuracy and service. Nearly every time I visit, something in my order is either wrong or completely missing. It’s become a pattern forcing me to drive back, waste time, or simply miss out on items I paid for.

My 3-star rating isn’t about the food; it’s strictly because of the repeated lack of attention to detail. Mistakes happen, and that’s understandable, but when it becomes the normal experience across multiple visits, it’s no longer a mistake—it’s inconsistency.

This location has potential, but the service needs serious improvement.

Just got a curbside app order. Very quick, but then I ordered at work (which isn’t too far away), and put my space number in as soon as I got there. I mentioned the quickness of the service, and got a, ‘yes, sir.’ I’m a ma’am, but I guess sir is said more, so I just said, ‘close.’ I went take a swig of my large coke and discovered it’s not coke. Think it’s dr pepper…again. Same thing happened last time I did curbside about a week ago. I may have to use the app but go inside from now on.

The service attitude is extremely rude. The food is served too slowly. I waited for a long time, but the food was already prepared and placed behind other meals. I was not given it to myself, leaving me waiting hungry for a long time. I don’t understand why they treat customers so rudely. You shouldn’t bring bad emotions to work, and you shouldn’t impose bad moods on strangers. It’s terrible!

We go to mcdonalds everywhere we go. Hands down the dirtiest we have seen. We were there for over an hour and EVERY table was dirty when we came in and when we left an hour later no one bothered to do anything about it. Complete FAIL of management. We were there on January 17th from 3pm-4pm. Locate the manager and fire them.

This McDonald’s has been the worst one I have ever been too, the customer service was terrible, I went on my lunch to order me and some of my co workers lunch to eat, I advised the Drive thru associate that I was placing a big order, I repeated myself multiple times and double checked everything some how, when I get to the service window after my payment was received, I”m having everything handed to me very rudely without the associate saying anything. Then when I get back to work there are people FOOD they ordered missing, this is very poor customer service and an inconvenience for me because now I have to give up my food I ordered for myself up and no compensation is made up for it other than me having to go back up there for remade food or refund when the point of a drive thru is to get in and get out. OVERLY DISAPONITED AND ANNOYED

Could be a burgeoning lawsuit. Mens’ toilet inner door handle broken off. So, once you close door, you are locked in. To get out of stall, you have either climb under, climb over, or scream until you are heard. If anyone were to fall going over… I was going to mention this to employee when picking up my food, but they just pitched my food on the on pickup counter without calling my number, yhen walked away. So, giving this informational review.

Once again they messed my order up. At least the price was lower than 2 months ago. The order looked right but when I unwrapped my sausage egg Mcgriddles they were missing the sausages and I don’t have time to go back to fix the order. I reduced how often I eat here 2 months ago for the same problem.
