1/5 stars – Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s
I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I stopped by the drive-thru, hoping to grab a quick bite, but unfortunately, the menu system was destroyed and blacked out, which significantly delayed my order.
Upon finally placing my order, I was informed that they were out of several sauces, which was a letdown. As a customer, I understand that mistakes happen, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers.

I don’t submit reviews often. I came here to get a quick meal as it was late and I need to get home and get to bed for work tomorrow. I was waiting about 15 minutes to get my meal, and getting a little frustrated. The crew came out and apologize for the wait and offered me a free drink or french fries which I declined. I was really appreciate it on their acknowledgment of the delays and their efforts to make it right. For that reason I gave him five stars.

It was my first time eating here a week ago. They messed up my order, so I had to wait an extra 10 mins in the drive through for them to bring me the food. Sadly after I got food poisoning from eating their spicy Mcchicken sandwich. Please be careful especially with your kids. I hardly eat fast foods and it’s a good reason why not too!

Every time I order coffee at this location the warm coffee is cold and when I have ordered iced coffee they didnt add any sugar without communicating why.

I stopped by this McDonald’s tonight to get a large coke before heading to the restrauant to eat dinner. I figure getting a large soda here would be cheaper than getting a soda at the restrauant which it was. I saved like half the cost so it was worth it since it was on the way. When I pulled into the drive thru, there was no cars at all so I was able to basically pull up and put in my order. The drive thru menu screen was kind of broken but it didn’t matter to me since I only got a drink. I paid at the first window and then got my drink at the second window. They accommodate my request for light ice and also filled up my soda all the way. My interactions with the employee was simple and they were polite. The drive thru here only have 1 lane so be aware of this and the plaza they are in is basically one way.

I often spend my coffee breaks here and sometimes enjoy meals or burgers. The staff are always polite, friendly, and welcoming. Sylvia, Norberto, Juanita, Chris, and the rest of the team are doing a great job—thank you all! They respond quickly to spills and keep the place clean. I’ve never had any significant issues here. First of all, you can’t even see the menu AT ALL. Their menu screen is black and has been broken for as long as I can remember. Terrible management. The employees don’t even speak English, and it took over 10 minutes in line even though all I got was a coffee. The “renovation” is also awful.

Honestly, this is just ridiculous. I placed the mobile order got here at 12:00 am, The drive-thru line is not moving whatsoever. I decided to call maybe they could could just have me pull up to the front window and I get my order and go by my day. The person I spoke to was very rude. Just cut me off talking to my phone. I wanted a refund to go ahead and call customer service it’s now 12:25 and I’m still in the same place in line
