Playground is closed, must be a lawsuit or covid thing who knows, sad either way. A business this close to the interstate that generates this much revenue should not be this dirty, hire staff to clean the dirty bathrooms, upgrade the sinks to hands free water sensors , fix the toilet paper dispensers, clean the graffiti off the stall walls, sweep and mop lobby, clean tables in lobby were dirty, bathroom stank badly, you have the wet floor signs in the bathroom constantly, might as well actually sanitize with the mop, spray all the toilets too it’s dirty AF, Very bad for your reputation. I will be back and update review when I do, randomly.

This is a large McDonalds with lots of capacity. Our food was prepared quickly and hot. Our server was friendly. I would have liked the restroom to be a little cleaner. I imagine it difficult to keep it clean with many people stopping.

I used the kiosk to place my order and everything went smooth, however the kid at the front register might of being new because he was not very helpful, or well informed. I asked him a couple questions and he seemed lost, he didn’t know the answers, but is okay I know how it is to be new. I’m pretty sure he’ll do good with time. There is 9 restrooms inside of the ladies room they were cleaned but had a drain smell. I asked my husband if the mens restroom smell bad and he said no. So it’s a problem with the ladies restroom only. The restaurant had slow business, however the restaurant is spacious.

The Mexican manager lady at night turned the dining room lights off while I was eating, then came over to me and said the dining room is closed. I told her my sandwiches were not hot. But I had already ate my filleOfish sandwich and asked for another quarter pounder wcheese. She actually started telling me how there made and what happens to them. I said I understand 100% I worked at McDonald’s in high school. But again said I wanted to order a coffee too please. She said they were closed and doesn’t have access. She really was awfully and she needs to take a course in customer service. This was at 9:15pm. on a Friday night January 27th ’23 plus they don’t have Sundays or milk shakes the whole reason I stopped. I just looked at the hours of operation and they are open (drive through) untill 1am. Now I’m wondering why she said all that to me, when she was clearly lying. It’s obviously because I’m white and she is from Mexico. There’s race issues are becoming more and more a thing in our communities and I will not ever come to this McDonald’s ever again. I hope she get the help and training she needs. I will talk to the owner tomorrow.

I ordered a cold brew frappe with an extra shot of espresso. When I got to the counter they were out of that so they offered me a latte. I ended up with a hot latte without the extra shot. They wouldn’t change it for a cold one.

Seemed like every table was dirty. Bathrooms were equally dirty. No baby changing station in the male bathroom. Kids play area was nice but it was littered with old fries and other debris.
