I stopped by this McDonald’s to pick up my mobile order. I got a large coke and a large fries. I chose drive thru pickup for my order. When I came, there was only one car ahead of me. There only one drive thru lane at this location. I just told them my mobile code and my order was ready by the time I got to the second window. My coke was delicious but the fries were a little plain.

Worst McDonald’s service in California. Try it and you’ll see. A complete disaster!
I’m in town for a few weeks and this is the only McDonalds near my hotel. I’ve tested this location several times a week to see if my first experience was as bad as I thought. It was and it is religiously awful. The staff are genuinely the ultimate worst. Just pure dreadful.
Order on their self service machines and guess what? 9 out of 10 times you STILL have to go to the register to pay. In other words, twice the effort. That’s a machine issue.
Order on the app and you’ll see a mess that’s completely a disaster.
Their app AND their table tents say “table service” – “please place tent on table and relax. Your delicious food is on its way”. It’s a numbered tent. Can’t mess this up yet, they do consistently.
I’ve ordered on the app daily and daily, I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait and seldom does anyone bring it due to their lackluster approach to service. It’s plain awful. Like a ZERO and, they don’t care.
Management obviously are in the wrong business. Wrong management and wrong servers. (Cooks are as always acceptable because it’s always what you expect from McDonald’s)
So. Don’t expect them to bring it. It will be a miracle if they do. Also, beware, their ice cream machine here breaks down so, good luck getting a refund. It just won’t happen. They tell you to get a refund on the app and it’s no problem. (For who?? They most certainly don’t show you where you can get a refund on the app because they don’t know. They just want to avoid it. They just don’t care.
After decades of eating at McDonald’s with my family, I am definitely qualified to know this is by far the worst location for customer service / staff.
Staff is everything to a business. Perhaps McDonald’s so start again wirh staff at this location.

There’s someone here who likes to mess with vegetarians. I ordered a McMuffin no Canadian bacon- they also took the cheese off. I ordered a Quarter Pounder no meat – I got home and there was no bun, just a plate of lettuce and such. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, no meat, checked one seemed ok, got home, the other had meat. I am beyond done with this location.

A nice little McDonalds on Glenoaks Blvd. They keep trying to change up their menus.The latest is a double McExtreme bacon burger. I tried it, but thought it was a bit too greasy. Good location and often very crowded.

I really like this McDonald’s, the establishment is always clean, nice workers & normal customers, food quality for McDonalds is great, food is hot, & bathrooms clean.
I come to this McDonald’s to eat & do a little work. Customers aren’t loud, there aren’t kids running around, & WiFi is great!!

I came in here very late evening. And the customer service was just rude. I tend to waiver such things because it’s late night and they are probably tired. Then it took my order awhile to get ready…in which I let go…it happens. Then they handed me my food, like of course like I was a dog being fed at a kennel. The box was drenched with what looks like lube, and it seems as if they pried the box out of someone’s butt. And when I opened the box it looked like it was eaten from within, it was also cold like, with the length I had to wait, it seems as if they used their breath to heat up the burger. I will let you all know if I get salmonella…or not because I probably retarded from it.

I honestly stopped going to McDonald’s for a couple years. I thought breakfast would be safe. I was wrong! My hash brown was fried to the point of no return. The sausage and egg on the sandwich are so over cooked they have no moisture. I threw away the sausage and added mayo to choke down one sandwich. I was on my way to work and didn’t see how badly they ruined my food until it was too late! I am done with McDonald’s…the food was 10.25! Completely wasted money! So angry at being ripped off by these fast food corporations!
