this is a vanilla latte…. more like food poisoning . when I went to tell them about it, they quickly interrupted me and tried to quickly explain about their machine not working, sort of rushing me out. That’s not okay. The lady just wanted to give me a refund and leave. … It would have been nice to also get my receipt the first time but the girl doing drive thru never gave us a receipt and left after the transaction. I get it , you guys are probably short on staff but that’s very unprofessional to walk away and not give a receipt or even ask if we wanted a receipt … double check your food and drinks

Horrible experience, I ordered 2 deluxes and added cheese to both i told them to substitute one English muffin for a biscuit, they gave me two biscuits and both had NO bacon in them, they gave me the deluxes standing up in a small bag one fell out, mind u they had cheese so it melted cause its hot so the cheese got everywhere so i went back for my English muffin and bacon . I explained to the cashier he got the manager, the manager said he was goin to have them remake the one that messed up the kitchen lady refused and said she can give me everything missing on a different plate but they ended up removing the biscuit adding the bacon and English muffin and they Added an EXTRA cheese on it I never asked for extra cheese it still stayed in the messy plate , i leave i open it nd i was ok like whatever but then i go in to get my honey for the pancakes and guess what NO syrup !! I wouldn’t of mind if i was home ill just get mine but i wasnt home . At this point im done !! It’s ridiculous and its grown men women doing this not even teens smh i wont be coming here ill stick to McDonald’s on Lake Ave.

Yesterday, i watched an employee eat standing at a table, lick his fingers clean, then go into kitchen without washing his hands, start making more food while smearing his spit around the kitchen and chatting with coworkers. This store can’t be bothered to wash their hands, even if it kills you. I contacted mcdonalds, but unless they replace entire staff, i wouldn’t order so much as a cup of coffee at this store. It might kill you or give you a disease.
