this is a vanilla latte…. more like food poisoning . when I went to tell them about it, they quickly interrupted me and tried to quickly explain about their machine not working, sort of rushing me out. That’s not okay. The lady just wanted to give me a refund and leave. … It would have been nice to also get my receipt the first time but the girl doing drive thru never gave us a receipt and left after the transaction. I get it , you guys are probably short on staff but that’s very unprofessional to walk away and not give a receipt or even ask if we wanted a receipt … double check your food and drinks

When you buy drinks you have to remind them straw every time. If you order fries you have to remind them ketchup.In this story nobody wanna work they just want to finish the day as soon as possible! This is the worst McDonald I ever been.awful and awful and awful !!!!!!!!!

Went to 7-Eleven across the street for black iced coffee, and they were out, asked the worker where is the next 7-Eleven so I can get iced coffee at the same time I looked up and I saw McDonald’s across the street and I told the guy never mind you lost it today sir McDonald’s wins. Been going to this place for years due to it being close to my place, but the quality is always subpar. Staff seems always understaffed, food can swing between fresh and cold depending on the time of day. They recently switched to bags for items like the fries and what not and it feels skimpy.

We have three McDonalds in Pasadena and the other two are quick and efficient. This one sucks! They are slow, rude and inept. One of their crew actually tried to hand me a dripping cup of coffee and instead of pouring it into a fresh cup, he wrapped a napkin around it and tried to hand it to me again.

Can’t take an order correctly, they are rude and cost way to much. They can’t even get your order correctly and you will need to walk in and ask for them to fix it and then they tell you that you should have ordered that way at the menu. Wow ok how about just listen and do things correctly. You all make $20 an hour.what a joke I will take my business to in and out because that’s what a hamburger is all about.
