Stopped here after a stop for sliding at snow trails. Service was great, the place was clean and well kept. As always the food was good and came out as we ordered. We know what to expect and that’s why we choose burger king over any other fast food chain. Wish they had real onion rings though.

These people are so rude. Every time I have been there in the last month, they have made my double cheeseburger wrong. I understand people are new. It’s fast food. It gets busy. But this third time really took the cake. I don’t understand what being new has to do with using two bottom buns. I also don’t understand what being new has to do with asking for extra mustard and pickles In receiving a plain hamburger.
It seems Burger King will promote anyone to management at this point because Kaitlyn was horrible.

Madeline was the worst individual I have ever met in my life in or out of customer service
She should never be aloud in a Burger King or any fast food. Saw her throw her head set and the phone within 5 min. It was from 205pm- 238pm (I got take out by the way) feel free to check your cameras to see how terrible she is. Saw her pick her nose and put her finger in her ear and still touch the fries.
Will NOT be coming back until she is terminated. Health department will be notified.

Ordered two bacon melts. One ketchup mustard only the other plain. 6 dollar sandwich, neither has bacon. The one with ketchup mustard is a mess. Then, I had to wait 20 minutes in line to get it fixed or a refund. I asked for ketchup packets. Got zero. Lady at the window looks miserable and must hate her life. She should find a new job because she looks hateful and angry she has to serve people food.

Horrible experience even after spending $44 on food. We were in the drive through for over 20 mins with just 1 truck in front of us. We didn’t receive one of the sandwiches we ordered so I parked and went inside. This was approximately 1:45pm Saturday November 2nd 2024. I went inside and told the black lady and she said they would make me what I ordered, no problem. I then saw her scooping up French fries with NO gloves on and in her left hand she held the container with her thumb I side it and proceeded to fill it with fries. I said to her she needs to have gloves on while handling the food and she responded….sir, you need to back up on out of her….then I looked at the floor as she was literally walking on food smashed I to the floor. I then said why is it so dirty back there, she didnt respond and then I said I know a restaurant inspector that covers the richland County area and there is no way this would pass inspection…she responded….well we aren’t getting Inspected today now are we?! You have my word that I will turn this Information in to the proper authorities and gladly provide them with the photos and videos that I took and am posting on this Google review to show everyone how nasty filthy this restaurant really is!

The service was awful! Extremely rude staff, we actually left and went elsewhere to eat as the staff was incredibly rude. Two customers in front of us ordered and the woman taking their order was very rude and was rushing them. The older gentleman In front of us had a coupon on his phone which he had set for the wrong location, instead of helping him she got an attitude told him it was set for the wrong location and walked away. When another staff member came to help him he had told him he had the wrong coupon, the gentleman fixed it and showed the employee the coupon. He had put his phone away then the employee rudely with an eye roll said I need to see the coupon. Instead of helping the gentlemen they were rude and unhelpful. They acted like their customers were an inconvenience. The store was not even busy. I would put the names of the employees however the name tags had their names wiped off.
