Raw patties on quarter pounder. Literally red and cold in the middle. Took a big bite and it tasted funky and now I feel sick. Called the place they pick up but does not talk. I called twice and both times no one talks. I was on the phone constantly saying hello for a good minute but no one responds. What kind of customer service is that. Zero for serving raw food making me sick and zero for non-existent customer service. Zero quality control from HQ.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
I HAVE OVER 100 thousand points to use for free items. I twice two separate days to use 4500 points for free pancakes. Told twice. It’s not working. The code is not working. I showed them my phone. I refreshed it. Same answer. They are ALWAYS RUDE. November 23 SUNDAY AT 6:30 AM. MANAGER WAS RUDE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. Astrid is my favorite manager here. Always greeted with a smile. She takes the time to say hi and never complains and never tries to argue or prove the customer wrong because of a minor mistake. I’ve had missing items and items made incorrectly, and she fixes the issue immediately… with a smile. You can’t even get mad… you just smile back. She’s a true example of what working in customer service as a manager should be. She provides great internal and external customer service. Us familiar customers are glad to see her when we visit. Me coming from a background of 20+ years in the field, some could learn a lot from her. She’s AWESOME!

Fast food is no longer fast. I tried to use the kios inside your restaurant. This is not an asset to your restaurant. It’s not easy to use, and what it tells me is you would rather not pay an employee to take an order. But you don’t mind paying an employee to bring the order to the table. So much for customer service. I will not be eating at your restaurant ever again. Maybe you should reevaluate the importance of taking care of each customer, before you become a casualty of this recession, and go out of business.

I can’t tell you how often I get sweet tea with lemon YUCK.

We just moved to Cypress, and even with my hyper Labrador barking with a toy in his mouth, they got it right. HOORAY!

I really appreciate the staff here. They had a friendly attitude and great service.
