Disgusting. Top patty burnt to a crisp. They thinned the burgers again. I put up with the raw double quarter pounder and my nuggets stuck together with raw batter in between but this burger was inedible. To the owner, if you read this, your place is a disgrace.

Went there yesterday morning around 5:30 and I placed a order at the kiosk but I tapped pay at counter because I left my wallet in the car so I figured while I go grab it my food would be getting prepared but nooo I had to place a new order and pay at kiosk because they didn’t even have the register open so when i finally got my order the oj was warm and watered down and my egg biscuit was dry and tasted old. Safe to say i will not be returning to that location

I recently ordered from McDonald’s and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered two Spicy Crispy Chicken Burgers, but they were not made properly—the quality and preparation were below expectations. Additionally, I ordered a 10-piece Chicken Nuggets, but I received only 8 pieces, and they were undercooked.

Just WOW, came in last Saturday night 09/27/2025 about 10:30-10:45pm . I’m from Virginia, just here for an Engagement Party, and decided to state at TownePlace Suites Hotel around the corner. I went in there were 2-3 people waiting for their food in the lobby, which wasn’t very clean. I waited about 10-15 minutes as the young lady worked the drive through, and was talking to it seemed the grill person on duty, over hearing a few choice words during that conversation of course.She finally approached the front counter area, asking what individuals were waiting on, and I mentioned that I was simply waiting to place an order. She stated that the only way I’d be able to order would be by way of the kiosk. I’d never done that before, so I thought it be best to just go through the drive through. I waited and waited for at least 10-15 more minutes in line, yet only one car had moved that entire time, and things didn’t get any better as I continued to wait. Eventually I just decided to pull out of line and go across the street to Arby’s , where I was able be served immediately, with hot fresh food, and exceptional customer service.

The bad: the service, why have table delivery available if the the employees are to lazy to walk out on the floor? If a customer wants to wait at the counter they would probably select counter in the app. Additionally, the order to yelling my tablet number at the counter time was well over 10 minutes; not what the establishment advertises.
The ugly: the bathroom, it was tore up with toilet paper everywhere and poop on the top of the rim. Very disappointing.

They short you with the fries every single time. Every. Single. Time. A small fry doesn’t even come full. It’s like the staff are instructed to not fill the bag…. save yourself the dissatisfaction and go to Burger King across the street. They have better food and better service. This McDonald’s sucks simply for the fact that they skimp on the fries. First was “where’s the meat?” Get ready for “where are the fries?” You should be ashamed. My meal was, indeed, not happy

This McDonald’s seriously needs to be investigated by corporate. I live in the area and every time I go to this McDonald’s it’s always something. Everyone needs to be fired from the top down. I don’t even waste my time even thinking about eating here. It worse at night. Night shift? Forget about it. Just starve! Lazy lazy lazy!

Manager is walking around head in a cloud look like she was messing around with her phone while people stand in line She’s very slow This place is not run good and it is a mess.
