Very furious with McDonalds on Washington Blvd. not the one inside Walmart, in Pico Rivera again. They can’t seem to get the orders right. I ordered the $6.00 meal deal the McDouble w/no cheese. They put cheese. I give it back to them to correct and they get it wrong again. This time they got the cheese part right but now they give it to me dry/plain. I never asked for it plain. They never should have gotten a raise if they can’t get orders right. Never fails it’s mostly all wrong. Not going there anymore.

Not to be rude, but there was a big lady who attended me. I asked if I could use my rewards there since it was inside a Walmart and i wanted to make sure i can redeem my rewards. She said yes, and I showed her my rewards. And she told me to scan it , I scanned it. I told her I wanted to use my rewards to get a free happy meal and she said ” It already adds points to the app” And I said “YES, I know but I want to use my points to get something for free” and she kept going on and on about it and she wouldn’t understand that I just wanted to use my points to get something. Then she gave me my cup and since I got a happy meal it comes with an extra small drink. So when I went to go fill it up, they had the section of extra small lids, with NO lids in it. So I went to go ask the same lady if I could have an extra small lid. And she said, “They should be in the 3rd and 4th row.” With a very rude attitude, and she went to go show me where they’re at. But how am I supposed to know that they were in the 3rd and 4th row if the 1st row CLEARLY SAYS “extra small lids” when there weren’t any lids!!! And there was no label stating the lid sizes, that lady needs to get fired or something because I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me. I don’t know her name, but she wore I think red lipstick, blueish eyeshadow, and was big. My dad did NOT like the way she talked to me, and neither did I. Something better be fixed with her.

The girl works in the morning has a terrible attitude & acts like a super model. Everytime I ask for a burger she says time passed & always wants me to buy a big Mac. I stopped going to this damn place. The best customer service is at McDonald’s on Lakewood Blvd. & Staff is so friendly & down to earth.

Food is awful and has changed so much. McDonald’s used to be a fun place to go eat with affordable prices and tasty food. I can still sing the entire menu song from way back when, lol. But nowadays, it just feels like inflation and no improvement to the food. Cost goes up, and quality goes down. What happened to the ice cream? It tastes terrible.

Service not very good. Asked for 1 dollar cheeseburgers to save money and to hold the cheese. Recieved 3 burgers with cheese and nothing else. Talked to manager to get it corrected, nut manager was mad because i complained. Stating do you what i have to do to correct this.

So today around 7pm I had the worst experience ever at this McDonnalds with the manager. He refused to accept a coupon from the app, a coupon that I’ve used before. He was rude and raised his voice and I asked to talk to someone else and he just turned and kept doing something else. I asked him for a # where to put a claim and his answer was “Oh I thought you didn’t want to talk to me but someone else” I asked for a # again and for his name and he kept ignoring me while I was there waiting with my kids. I left to the Mcdonnalds on whittier blvd and they got my coupon. Your manager was super rude he should learn how to talk to customers, he’s not profesional at all. I’m sure if you check your cameras you can see his behavior.
