My mobile order only took 10 minutes but it seemed like people were waiting a long time for their food as breakfast was ending. They had to handle uber eats / door dash orders too. There was a wait for carry out and mobile order. The staff gave everyone waiting a voucher for free breakfast.

Food was good. Fresh fries were perfectly salted. Customer service was not fully up to the standards of Chick-fil-A but it wasn’t horrible either. The atmosphere definitely could have been better and the parking lot was horrible

This Chick-fil-A does not have a drive-through, so if you don’t wanna go inside, you have to do curbside pick up. Every time, it takes them about 20 minutes to get me my five count chicken nugget. Definitely do not eat here if you’re in a rush.

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but the curbside and carry-out experience at this location is extremely frustrating. Even when ordering ahead in the app, it consistently takes a very long time for food to be brought out. What’s the point of using curbside or carry-out if you still end up waiting far longer than expected? There’s little communication or updates, which makes the wait even more annoying. This defeats the convenience the app is supposed to provide. Definitely needs improvement!!

Enjoy a great chicken sandwich meal inside the brand new modern restaurant. The food was served warm and fresh. The chicken fillet was on the small side compared to what I am used to. I left hungry and craving for more.

This location is notorious for forgetting items on delivery orders. Seven out of the last ten times we’ve ordered there has been a missing item (entire entrees, sides, drinks). In other words, they do their job correctly 30% of the time. I really hope Chick-fil-a corporate reads this and makes a genuine effort in fixing this lack of customer service at this location.

I was impressed by the quick and friendly service, but the food left a lot to be desired. The chicken on my biscuit was way too small and felt completely out of proportion to the biscuit. It just didn’t meet the usual standards I expect from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing.

This Chick-fil-A sucks. Curbside orders consistently take 10+ min and I’d say 70% of the time they “forget” at least one item in my order.

Our only experience has been consistently poor. The staff is very friendly, but our carry out orders are always incorrect. That’s no joke. Since the location opened, we have yet received a carry out order that was correct. Waiting for them to fix it always results in cold food for my family of 5, hence my frustration and the purpose of this post.
Occasionally the food quality is sub-par. The attached pictures are a perfect example. The soup was supposed to be a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. It was half way filled and contained no chicken, and of course, not hot. In reality, it was a cup of regular lukewarm tortilla soup. The picture of the waffle fry… eh… speaks for itself.
We love Chick-fil-A and hope someone from this location reads this post and receives it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
