Can confirm this is the worst McDonald’s in the area. If you are in a hurry do not come here. The people that work here are slow and can’t handle more than 1 person at a time. I was standing at the counter because like always they forgot something and no one came up, again like always. So instead of waiting I just went behind the counter and grabbed my own cup. Employees just stared and laughed. Go to the one on Slauson, they are much better.

The gentleman at the drive-through got my order wrong. I can accept that. But when I drove back through and explain to him that I have the wrong order, he took the bag came back with my order and said it was right. Gaslighting the situation with cockiness

NEVER come here and expect food. Took us more than 30 minutes in the drive through parking lot waiting for a happy meal and quarter pounder. We saw people leave without their food. Totally unacceptable. Would have gone almost anywhere else and had our food in half the time (full disclosure, anger level is perhaps higher than usual because listening to a hungry complaining 5 year old waiting for a happy meal for 30 minutes will drive one to insanity )

I’ve been a loyal customer at Washington location for over 20 years because the customer service are amazing normally and it’s quick and easy for my coffee. However, I had a very disappointing experience on June 9th around 1:30 PM during my lunch break. The manager, Estefan I. Gomez, was impatient and rude when I was using the app at the drive-thru. She told me to pull aside immediately because of cars behind me, even though I had just arrived and only saw two cars. While I was still on speaker, she made a disrespectful comment about me not knowing what I wanted. When I asked to speak to a manager, she admitted she was the manager but did not apologize and remained rude. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the service. I usually find
the staff polite, so I hope this behavior is addressed to ensure better treatment for future customers.
