So short staffed you should pay these employees that do want to work way more. It’s very stressful on them and on the customer when things aren’t correct. Try opening another register the sweet employee with the bun in her hair was moving back and fourth doing it all by herself which is unfair. She asked them to open a register over 10 mins ago and they still didn’t. She’s making drinks and bagging bags meanwhile there’s a line of annoyed customers waiting. I blame the company for them being cheap not wanting to hire more ppl to work. Not the employees. And there’s only one person working the drive thru doing the same thing. That’s unfair to them. Do something about that McDonald’s!!! You guys make so much money off us you guys can afford more staff. More staff makes a happy work place and happy customers!

Worst experience…gave me what seemed like a month old cheese burger. The ketchup was dry. There were no onions like they usually have. Always check your food make sure it’s fresh.. cause as we know McDonald’s can last a long time. And they have no problem serving it to you. Especially at this store. Never coming back to this location again.

I went in for ice cream. I got my daughter an ice cream cone and I got myself a hot fudge sundae. My daughter’s cone looked great. My sundae was terrible. She rushed it and barely put any ice cream in it. It was so bad, I almost took a picture of it and posted it on my social media. Since my daughter’s ice cream cone was fine and she was enjoying it.I didnt make a big deal about the quality of my sundae. This is the second bad experience ive had at that specific location. I usually take my daughter out for ice cream once a week after school, I thought maybe McDonald’s would be our new spot. After this experience, I think we will stick to our regular spots.
