I feel like the quality of service has gone down significantly over the last few months. I go there and asked for a #5 on the lunch menu, I get a #5 on the breakfast menu. How’s that even possible? They never have the sauce I like, the frozen coke flavor on the machine hardly works when I go, and every time I want a certain beverage, they’re out of it and only have like 3 drinks.

This McDonald’s is kind of hit and miss. Some days service can be super fast and super fresh. Other days, this McDonald’s can have stale fries and off course a broken ice cream machine. For a few months they were out of Diet Coke and signs for seasonal promotions are left up for months on end. One year the shamrock shake poster was in the window until June when I finally told and employee and they took it down that day. So kinda good and kinda bad. All depends on the day and who’s working. If the line is long, it’s will probably take very long. Their drive thru doesn’t move very fast or efficiently so just be patient or do a curbside order instead. Also pre ordering on the app is a time saver too. (Arco is now a 7-11 in the pic)

Every bad review is on point for this location. I’m not sure if the employees are just overworked or just lazy. But this is my 3rd visit and every bad review, customers have previously posted has been my experience here. I took a video of me waiting and I started recording 10 minutes after I got there so just add 10 minutes to the video. I’m definitely not returning.

The worst McDonald’s ever! They messed up my orders over 6 times. Last time they were out of nuggets and asked me to wait for it. Ended up there wasn’t any in the box! My kid needed to go to class and she didn’t even eat because of that. I went back to ask for the nuggets. The in-house manager (he wore a different color shirt) didn’t even want to talk to me when he saw me. No word, just weird eye contact. The drive-through manager came and gave me a box back. Not even mentioned they gave me 5 pieces instead of 6 pieces of nuggets, waiting over 10 minutes for online order outside in the parking spot with no response. I can only do drive-through and online order because I have kids in the car. I can’t get kids to go in and out, and wait for the food. I don’t understand why such the simple, not-much-service McDonald’s can be that bad. If I have time, I will just go to the one on 190th & Hawthorne.

This McDonald’s claims to be open 24 hours, but that’s clearly not true. About half an hour before breakfast starts, they stop taking any orders — even though the app still accepts mobile orders and charges you for them. I placed and paid for my order, only to be told they weren’t serving anything. Completely unacceptable and misleading for a place that advertises 24-hour service. Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed.

I was unable to eat here due to the fact there was no one available to take orders in the order line. 5 people were waiting impatiently until I asked,”is there someone to take orders here?” An emplyoyee said hurridly, and with no apology,”I’m very busy here, the Kiosk is open for orders.” Perhaps if there is a lane that says order here, they should staff the restaurant to attend to people in the order line.

Really like this branch. Associates are friendly and orders are filled relatively quickly. Tables are clean and seats plenty for a relatively small interior space. Pretty cool toy for the kids too.

This McDonalds was opened during the Oregon Trail. They bring the cows in from the back and slaughter them right then and there. That’s why when you order a cheeseburger. It’s takes 462 min for it to be ready. I would have thought since it’s 2025. They would have upgraded their process by now.

Stopped by for a fast iced tea and some lunch – but the fast part was missing. We only did the drive through so I can’t say anything about inside the store – but the service was slower than most McDonalds I have been ordered from in the past. The food was meh also – the bun was hard like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. Overall it was kind of what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant.
