The staff are always nice and this location has reasonable priced food compared to the one on Firestone. They have four different kind of hello Kitty toy and I was lucky to get the one that I have wanted. The place was clean and the surface was fast, I’m very happy

Giving atmosphere a 1 star as there was a tent set up right by the door. This McDonald’s in Lynwood certainly has a problem with homeless 2 weeks ago a female was panhandling in the drive thru I bought her 2 breakfast sandwiches but she still continued to panhandle.

everytime i go horrible service. workers are rude especially the ladies. the wait is always long. my order was simple and they still got it completely wrong. i recommend going to any other location even if it’s farther.

The 1 star goes towards the higher ups/manager/supervisor during the early morning shift, they have no customer service. I ordered a mobile order, they couldn’t get my code & most likely they gave my food to someone else. I asked her for my refund and she gave me attitude and said it will go back into my account. Almost a month later and I still have not received it. I even contacted customer support and nothing. I speak no Spanish and even though I responded in English she still spoke to me in Spanish like I understand her which I didn’t. I heard her speak English, but she was still naive and spoke to me in Spanish. The regular employees who give out the orders and take my payment are ALWAYS nice so this is specifically for the higher ups. Work on your customer service!

Place is so nasty you can see the kitchen struggling in the back with trash or loads of items. Staff is so rude, I sat in curbside pickup for 20+ minutes and went inside and still had to wait another 10+ minutes to tell someone about it. Order was also wrong btw. Overall extremely understaffed and apparently undertrained because that attitude go crazy.

I just paid a $16 meal for them not to give me the collectors card. And this isn’t the first time. I always get happy meals for my child and I’m either missing the toy or the apples. Every single time I go they miss something. I never get my complete order. I go there because it’s the closest to me but I think today is the last straw. I’m driving to another location from now on

My grandpa ordered from there the other day for my mom. And when my mom ate it for one bit,she gotten bit sick of it and didn’t finish it. She had gave it to me and when I look it closer, I was like no wonder why” it has worms in it. Luckily she didn’t eat it all the way and I throw it out. It’s a ashame that this McDonald’s never check on their meats or patties before serving them. Still I was gross out and this store requires total accountability after this.

I Had a very bad experience here at this mcdonald’s location the workers from morning shift all the lady included the lady manager are very rude and disrespectful I will never come here again my daughter and I had to use the restroom and I was told we needed to wait but the way we were told she screamed at us in Spanish 3 times we needed to wait very loud and really mean and after she had us wait 10 minutes for the code to the restroom then she tells us no we could not use it. No one was using it nor was it being clean they didn’t let us just to be mean and for my food they had me wait over a 1/2 hour to get my food and I had dine in I know they did that on purposes i had ask to speak to the manager but she also was very rude and the lady who given the customer there food also it was like they all ganged up on me i felt so disrespected and hopeless because there was nothing been done please avoid this mcdonald’s location on Atlantic in the city of Lynwood CA these 3 lady are very rude and disrespectful. And also please get workers who can speak English and Spanish not just Spanish and as for my cup of coffee I had to return it 2 times because the first cup was cold and the second cup was not the correct amount of sugar nor cream and when it was given to me she practically threw at me I was very upset and I am a grown adult so there is no need to speak to me like it I’m a kid if they do not like their job then why work here or if they are having a bad day that is not my fault I am very upset on what had happened I just wanted to have a good morning and eat some breakfast with my daughter as she wanted mommy and daughter time but instead these 3 lady’s got me very upset I hope no one else goes through what I experience. In these 2 pictures I post the 3 lady are there the cashier the manager and the lady who was serving the food I was treated horrible here and my food was cold my coffee was cold and I had wait 45 minutes for my food and when I received it she practically threw at me and I couldn’t even ask for some contaminates because just for that I waited 20 minutes and they acted like it was coming out of there pockets and they here you because they look at you with that ugly face like it I was bugging and I had ask not just 1 employee not just 2 employee but 3 of them and all are very rude disrespectful and mean and to top it all off the mcdonald’s was not full at all so I maybe have understood if they were to busy but no that not the case I hope something can be done because it was not right at all on how I was treated and well as my daughter all I ordered was 1 cup of coffee and some plane pancakes with a chocolate milk so I was not a lot that I had ordered but still should have not been treated that way at all.
