Corporate needs to know what this McDonald’s is up to. They have not one, but 2 soda machines out for customers to get refills, yet none of them are working. Employees are lazy and don’t want to clean, so they turn off the soda machines. I asked the lady what’s up with the soda machines, she said they don’t do refills, so I asked her if that was a corporate decision, since all other McDonald’s in LA do. It seems very racist to me that the one McDonald’s in the hood doesn’t allow refills. She said she was the manager, her name is Maria and she decided not to do refills, there’s even a sign up saying that. Very unwelcoming to customers and it shows bias and racism not to do refills only because of the neighborhood we are in. Will follow up with corporate on this issue

Drive thru is very slow and they dont care. I take 20 min just for a coffe and there is 3 cars in the drive thru , also i say to put the sugar and cream prepared and they put it separated
