This restaurant is in the hood so it’s only open inside during daylight hours. And it’s actually closed by 5 inside. Even in the summer. If you order ahead you have to go through the drive thru. They won’t bring the order curbside and you can’t go in to get it. It gets crowded because the parking lot is small but the lines move fairly quickly.

Why do I pull up close to 6:30 and the location isn’t open. B.S, that’s how the location loses customers to other locations that do operate as early as 5 in the morning. At least 2 stars cause I have pulled up at 9am and the store has been at least open. This location is better than it thinks. Almost reported this store, couldn’t and lucky cause this store is franchise.

I buy McDonald’s about twice a year. I had a craving for a mcdouble but they were unfortunately too dry and the fries way too salty. Nothing like I remember them. I’ll probably try again from a different location.

The thing that’s more stinky than the homeless around this location is the service. Whoever runs the store I guess according to the employee Claudia the employees have no knowledge of customer service whatsoever. They treat you like street. I can go and on and on and on and on this place customer service is worse than the stinky streets that’s on. they take your order specially, if you are going through the drive-through, they mess it up when you are mad or angry. How dare you are they threaten to call 911 on you they tell you to get out of the line you don’t get your money back you don’t get your order.

Just ordered a number 8 meal. They charged an additional .70 cents because they say they have no small coffee cups.(which comes with the meal) Seems the upgrade should be on the house. Charging customers for inventory shortages does not seem right. Bad business.

Came at 5:05am and store opens at 5am. Was told they will not be opening for about 20 mins due to the system. Sounds like they should turn on the system 20 mins early so that patrons can get breakfast. Especially when people have to be at work and time things out appropriately.
