Better experience than the last time I was here. Food got to me quick and hot. Table could have used some cleaning. McDonald’s, in their design of the newer restaurants, are making it really easy for the employees to ignore you and to make it so you won’t be comfortable sitting and enjoying a meal.

I was there at 2:50 AM today and I had ordered two 6 dollar meals and a 20 piece nuggets I only got 10 nuggets and one 6 dollar meal and she charged me 22 dollars and some cents where is my other 6 dollar meal I live in bell gardens to go back she was in rush and was only taking Uber Eats?? I will rate this a 0 I feel I got scammed for my money

If I Could Give This McDonald’s A Zero Than I Would Have! Service Was So Bad! Hadn’t Been To This McDonald’s, Their Are 3 Windows In This Drive Thru. The Guy That Took My Money Didn’t Explain To NOT Pull To The Last Window And Cars Were Going Around Us. I Ended Up Going Inside. I Had To Raise My Voice To Get Someone’s Attention And Let Them Know What Was Going On. There Wasn’t Anywhere To Go Because It Is A Busy Small Area. It Was 11am Saturday Time For Lunch Change. I Was Waiting 22Min Just To Receive Our Meals. As We Reached Out Destination The Children’s Hospital, Opened Our Meals It Pisses Me Off Even More So. A Meal Shouldn’t Have Had Onions. There Was NO ICE In An Ice Coffee. 1 Set Of Fries Were Cold. There Were No Straws, Napkins, Ketchup Or Even The Hot Mustard I Asked For. And The Chicken Sandwich Was Was Spicy When I Clearly Ordered Regular. You Would Think That Entire Time We Were Sitting And Waiting My Order Should Of At Least Been Correct. The Employees Looked As If They Didn’t Even Want To Be There. The ONLY Person That Was Pleasant Was A Short Hispanic Lady Inside Wearing A Black Uniform. I Will NEVER Go Back To This McDonald’s Again. They Need A New Crew That Appreciate What They’re Doing . The Majority Of The Employees Uniforms Were Dirty And Had No Respect For Themselves. Except For The Lady With The Black Uniform. She Seemed To Be The Only One Who Went To Her Job Respecting Herself.

This is the most disgusting service I’ve ever encountered. Right now, I calmly and in a good mood drove to this restaurant at this address. The time is 11:30 pm, 12/21/2025. I drove up in my car after placing an order through the McDonald’s mobile app. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the cashier asked me to wait over the speaker, even though there was no line and it was already late. I waited, told the cashier my order number, and she, without listening to what I wanted to say next and that I had another order, ended the conversation. Then I drove to window 1, no one printed a receipt, and the cashier wasn’t there. I drove to window 2, where I was met by a very rude woman, probably high or clearly in a bad mood. She gave me my order, but two sauces that I had added to my order and paid for were missing. I told her that I had a second order, and she, without listening, ended the conversation; at this point she started whistling and was already unhappy, even though she was in the wrong! She asked me to drive to window 3 and that the second order would be waiting there. While I was waiting for the order, I discovered that the first order was missing the sauces. I waited 10 minutes until they finally gave me my first McChicken and I told her that the sauces were missing from the first order… she slammed the window shut, whistled again, and left… I’m standing there waiting, 4 cars have already received their orders and driven away to eat. I’m still standing there waiting, without sauces, without napkins… then I backed up to window 2… she opened the window and with a displeased look started yelling at me that the sauces are extra… Madam, if you’re crazy, that’s your problem. Not only did you miss this the first time, failing to give me what I paid for, but even after I reported it, without even bothering to investigate, making me wait, you started offering me to buy them again. When I started explaining that I had already paid for them, you quickly gave me two wrong sauces, slammed the door shut and left… calling another person who started yelling at me… You idiots, go get some help. I am not obligated to be responsible for your moods and your problems. Tomorrow I will be writing an official complaint to McDonald’s. Simply because your behavior is disgusting. Such rudeness!!!

I just placed an app order. I go to the drive through and they tell me they dont have any order. Mind you they knew they are having app problems but failed to mention or offer any help in the drive through. I got charged. I walk inside to show them and they apparently cant do anything. They told me in person that they have been having app issues. This was not informed to me when I was in the drive through trying to pick up the order. All I was told to do is come back in 2 days if I dont get refunded. This is ridiculous. I will definitely dispute the charge with my bank.

What a mess. It’s been more than 15 minutes and no food is coming out for anyone (the guy next to me said he’s been waiting for 30m!). Machines are beeping constantly. The guy up front has no idea what’s going on and being short and rude. After ignoring me and finally responded I asked him a question about the beverage and he basically growled at me “NO!”

The employees at this business are scamming customers. I ordered through DoorDash, and although my order wasn’t ready, it was marked as “ready” in the system. When the courier arrived, the order was gone. This seems like a deliberate act.

They are wasting both the customer’s and the courier’s time. They think they’re so clever, but this is clearly abusing the system.

I will report this to DoorDash and the relevant authorities. No one should have to suffer because of businesses like this.

The absolute slowest McDonald’s location I’ve ever ordered from.

If you come here during the week and during lunch, I pity you and I hope you have at minimum 20 minutes to wait for your order.

I don’t know what the deal here is, if they are undermanned but if you’re coming here expecting “fast food” then you may wanna look elsewhere.

I’d like to share my experience with this Mc Donald’s on Sunset Blvd. I literally love using the App when I need to order something quick that I just need to quickly pick up and in a hurry. So I went ahead I ordered through the app, I was close to sunset location. Upon getting there it parked, when straight to the counter with my order number for pick up. When I got there only three workers in the front, one handling the drive thru, the other one packing and getting orders bagged, there was another person assisting with packing and cashier. Aside from the two people in the back cooking the food. I waited literally 1hour standing there waiting for my order to finally be ready. The lady manager was on her phone, she looked stressed, was looking very moody. There was another lady, looked confused and didn’t know where to start everyone just looked like they had no idea what they were doing, terrible customer service” you guys need more employees”! Your service sucks as that’s why there is an app to use the app for faster service, it was bad.
