Very disappointed. I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got home I realized the burger was clearly undercooked/raw in the middle. This is a serious food safety issue, especially with ground beef. The frustration is even greater because ordering through the drive-thru gave me no real option to return or have it replaced once I noticed it at home. I could not finish my meal and expect much better quality control from McDonald’s.

The staff treat me, amputee with wheelchair, horrifically and even called the cops on me, halfway through my meal, because I’m homeless and claimed I was trespassing. How is a public restaurant simultaneously private property? That’s a contradiction. Also, as a major fan of their iced coffees, the consistently fill it three-quarters full because fundamentally they did not add enough ice or they did not add enough coffee. Another time I was using the restroom and a woman came in opened the stall I was in and told me I had to get out, simply because I look homeless, not because of raising my voice or causing a problem. On the contrary, I am actually very quiet and reserved and keep to myself. I have given zero reason other than being poor. I do not take longer then it takes to finish my meal and I adamantly clean up my trash and respect others. My service dog is extremely well behaved and continuously complimented on his calmness, demeanor, and friendliness everyday.

Didn’t have Dr.Pepper in stock, could barely hear the person on the intercom through the drive through, forgot my sauce so I had to go back in. The bag was crinkled up, and I had a quarter pounder and fries. My burger was cold, like it had been sitting there for a while, too much sauce, fries were limp and kind of gross. Not to mention the fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Haven’t been to a McDonalds in a while and decided it was a fast food night for me, good this inspired me to never step foot in one again. More disgusting than I remembered.

We went inside because our van doesn’t fit in the drive-through. The clerk was a bit unfamiliar with the order screen but he managed to get our egg & cheese biscuits (no bacon) ordered and they were fine. The coffee was fresh and very good. Bathroom TIP: This is a location where you ask the cashier to use the bathroom and they press an Unlock button behind the counter to let you in. Not a fan, but I understand the reasoning. The restroom was clean and stocked.

I wish a negative review was an option for this one. We ordered on the mobile app and when we picked it up, the man refused to give us our second order of pancakes, saying that we had not ordered it. Although she had the receipt on her phone and offered to show the receipt, he refused to give us our order. She brought the order home and I had to call the McDonalds office to be able we could pick up the item that we had already paid for. My roommate had to drive back to pick up the item and when she asked if she could have the coffee replaced also because it was only half full and cold at this point, he told her that if she wanted to pay for the coffee, it would be a 20-30 minute wait for a black coffee. I havent been ordering from McDonalds for a while because there is always some kind of issue when I do, but now I believe I am completely done with McDonalds. Their prices are no better than most places anymore. You can find plenty of local places with better quality food, comparable prices, if not better prices elsewhere. But mainly, if you go anywhere else, you won’t get verbally assaulted by the staff and refused items that you have paid for. There were 4 other people in line upset with their service and the man “helping” them, was extremely rude to an older gentleman right in front of us, who walked out infuriated from his experience. Its as if you are asking their employees to do you a favor and not provide a service that you are paying for and that they are being paid to provide. As all of this was happening, where was the management to actually assist the customers? We asked for the employee’s name and he said it was Alex, but then another employee called him Isaac, so it was clear that he did not want to provide his name or any kind of acceptable customer service.. Failed experience and lost an hour and a half to a McDonald’s breakfast. Never again…

This store is terrible every time I come here. I waited in drive through for a good 5 minutes at the pickup window, then they asked me to park. Really? Like you couldn’t figure out what you needed for my order in those first five minutes? What the heck. It’s just terrible customer service. Then I waited another 5 minutes to get the food. Get better.

Went in the last night for some sodas we where in line not even one minute when we got there my sodas were half way filled when I asked the young man at the counter if he can please remake it he said “I can try” and when he did he filled the cup up with water and soda and he told me “are we straight now if so u can leave” not once were we rude to him at all all we asked was for him to remake the sodas. I have the whole video on my phone I will be taking this further because not once did we say a mean thing to that boy. Our order was simple was I was 3 sodas that’s it just 3. Will not come here again and I will he doing something about it cause if he doesn’t like his job then he shouldn’t be there.

Unbelievably, this is the first time I have a horrible experience at McDonald’s. We waited over an hour for our food at this particular McDonald’s in Reno, Nevada. The only good thing I can say is that this place is clean and plenty of parking. For some odd reason, food preparation is slow.
