This place is HORRIBLE!! I just ordered my family lunch and waited for all of our food and they forgot half the order. We check the first time and had to ask for our sauce. We got that then our other to meals took longer so we waited patiently and then headed home. Well they only gave us two fries and no sandwiches called back and got hunk up on then tried three more times and finally got a voicemail. Now I paid 45.00 for two half made happy mealies and two fries and two drinks. DON’T WASTE You time here they will mess it all up and you’ll be out your meal!! So disappointing all the fast food places out here SUCK!!

The food is always consistent and delicious but the service is awful. Because of the drive through focus and food delivery and carry out, the in person service is expectedly awful. I bought the 5 dollar meal and then proceeded to wait 22 minutes before I received my food. This is far from fast food.

If you use the drive thru check your order!! Of the last twenty times I’ve used the drive through they have gotten my order wrong EVERY single time. They always fix it, but it would be nice to not have to hold up the line while you check your order and then show them it’s wrong. If they could just get it right the first time it would be great. Think of all the money they are scamming from people who don’t catch their mistake until they get home and then don’t go back to get it fixed

I discovered my order was wrong after opening it up at home so I called and spoke to the manager, Maggie. She told me to come on down and she’ll make it right. So I drove to the restaurant and Maggie went above and beyond to make my order right. She personally checked and bagged each item checking for accuracy. Everything was accurate and more than I asked for. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you for your great service Maggie!

Ordered at the drive thru and when I got to the window the worker said something I didn’t quite understand and I didn’t want to hold up the line, my mistake, I got the wrong order, went inside and politely and patiently tried to let them know i got the wrong order. MARIO very rudely said to me “Well I asked you at the window and you said that’s what you ordered”. I said it was my mistake and he continues repeating that at me 2 or 3 times. Very rude.

I was picking up a DoorDash order at 9 pm when they’re supposed to close at 11 pm… sent me through the drive thru, even though it was 2 drinks and I was already standing In The lobby. Then they for got the straws so I had to go back through. The whole time the manager and the basic team member, both young girls were throwing mad attitude at me. For no reason. Isn’t it their job to serve McDonald’s products? The girl was like “… you opened the bag?” I was like “ yeah, yall were acting hella weird so I had to make sure everything was cool. And of course yall didn’t put the straws in the bag…” I know it seems petty but those girls didn’t do what they’re being paid to do… they acted hella entitled and like I was an inconvenience to them…. It wasn’t even my order…

I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets, and they were so overcooked that I couldn’t even bite into one of them. The employees didn’t bother to even look at me when I was at the drive through window, and I was never even offered a receipt. McDonalds, this is not a chicken nugget it’s deep fried cardboard!

some employees are very kind, i have had quite a few errors with my orders but in fast food it’s to be expected periodically. today i was constantly over talked while trying to place my order, had to correct it x3 before i was told to move to the drive through window, once i did the gentleman took my order correctly and j moved to the pick up window, the girl who initially messed up my order very passive aggressively yelled my order in my face very disrespectfully. i asked to speak with a manager “david” who proceeded to tell me that was just her voice, i call bs. i spend allot of money at this store and have always dealt with their bs and never complained but this was just plain out of line she needs to be suspended. i see why she works at mcdonald’s i hope she doesn’t treat her parents this way! disgusting i will happily go to jack in the box or many other close locations even though i love mcdonald’si refuse to be treated like this. very unprofessional customer service. i never raised my voice or gave this girl any reason to be so aggressive. avoid this mcdonald’s if you actually want your order correct. there are some employees there that are very pleasant she definitely is not one and the manager must be dating her because he didn’t do a thing but blame me and her voice!!
