They have a playground here, which we appreciate very much! In the morning, we had bad service. We were one of only two guests in the restaurant and they never brought our food to the table. In the evening, it was busy, but we had fast and friendly service.

Went to go to pick up at DoorDash order at 11:30pm at the drive through only to get ignored by all the worker, met with other dasher waiting to pick up their orders as well and they told me they were also ignored. While talking to dasher we noticed that the same worker closed early at 11:45pm while other cars were in line trying to get food. Trying knocking, talking to the speaker, and even honking when I was at the window but they just laughed and played. Place show just shut down if they are going to be hella lazy at their jobs

Showed up 10 monites before closing and got turned away. Closing time should be closing time, not the time employees want to leave. Made me wait minutes to let me know they cant take my order.

I was waiting for a curbside order. At about the 15 minute mark a pickup truck pulled up fast across the spaces almost hitting me with the lights on an engine running. A employee, a large female with black hair ran out with bags and bags of food, handed it to the person in the truck and he sped off. I tried to get her attention and she looked at me and ignored me. I finally went inside to ask about my order and she glared at me. I think I caught her doing something very bad. I said hi and she screamed “what” at me. I said I have been waiting a long time for my curbside order. She started screaming about my receipt being “staged”. I told her I have no idea what that means and asked if my food was ready. She started ranting about “staged receipt” again (I still don’t know what this means). She eventually tossed my food at me and when I asked for my drinks she started screaming obscenities at me. I suspect my order was somehow used in whatever food she’s stealing and I freaked her out but there’s NO reason to ever treat a customer like that. I’ll never visit this location again. She’s unhinged and it’s not safe.

Ordered double quarter pounder meal, add lettuce. Sandwich had 1 pickle slice, the tiniest amount of onions and a smattering of unfresh lettuce. Absolute garbage. Minimum wage needs to go back down to $5/hr

This place is absolutely disgusting. I just ordered curbside and the young girl that was bringing orders out was just handing random orders to random people. I watched two people return their orders inside because they were wrong or not theirs. When I finally got my order and opened my burger. It was slapped together and wrong When I called the store to let them know what my burger looks like and that I was missing my fries the girl who claim to be a manager said that it was my problem, but I never should’ve left the parking lot without checking my bag.

I’m rarely one to leave a negative review, I usually just don’t say anything if it’s not good. But I just got stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes for a milkshake.
And the employees knew it.
No apology, just a shoulder shrug. And they didn’t even get my order correct for a single milkshake.
Not recommended. Go somewhere else.
