All 3 coffees were not filled. When I opened the first one and saw how low it was filled I opened the others to find them the same. We also weren’t given the correct change we had to tell them and woman had an attitude. We asked for one coffee black with creamer and sugar on the side but they prepared it. This coffee was for a diabetic person and we had to throw it away at home because she can’t have that much sugar. Did not listen to customer very dissatisfied.

A manager just slammed the drive-thru window on us. The cashier rang up our order incorrectly. We didn’t want to be overcharged. She tried to downplay the price difference because she didn’t want to have to give us what we were owed. After we pulled forward to receive our money back, she sent her poor employee out to do it instead because I guess she couldn’t be professional enough to do it herself. I have worked in food service before, and I have been in management. I was shocked that she argued with us and slammed the window over a reasonable request. Whoever was scheduled to be manager on Sunday September 7th at 12pm does not possess the skills to be a successful manager. We didn’t deserve to be met with toddler behavior from a manager just for wanting them to correct a simple mistake made by the employee who rang up our order. We won’t be coming back any time soon- there are plenty of other options for a quick meal within this area.
Edit: Just saw the response from the owner. The link is asking for case number or a receipt. We can try to find the receipt, but we aren’t sure if we got it back or not because it was taken from us. I provided the date and time and left this review for the Lake Mead and Hollywood Blvd. location. You should be able to determine who was scheduled during that time.

Placed order 8:57pm through app. Got in line 9:00pm to pickup order.
Received food 9:39pm
All I ordered was a Big Mac Meal and Kids Meal. I was told to pull up to #2. The entire meal was cold. A 40 minute wait !! I had to toss out everything but the drinks. Wondering where the cheese is on my Big Mac? In the box my guy!

Lobby was shut down well I was in waiting for my order…. then I sat down at a dirty table…. could not find a clean one….. then when I asked about it….. I was told some kids came in and messed it up….
And why am I questioning the reason I was trapped inside a roll down door….. also I am a A.ss h…. and I should never come back!

There is a new McDonalds just down the street. Please go to any other McDonalds….. I have reviewed hundreds of places…. this is one of two out of all of them that have a bad review from me!

Been going here for a while the girl at the handout window is very rude. She says have a nice day as soon as you get to the window and get your food it’s not in a sincere way. she don’t ask if you need anything else. That’s very poor customer service makes people not want to go back when you’re being rushed at a window. When I ask for jam it’s as if I’m disturbing her… you’re supposed to make your customers feel welcomed you’re numbers will get better if your customer service was better… shitty numbers mean shitty service

Prices go up and quality goes down. I stopped by for a McFlurry, and basically got a small vanilla ice cream with the McFlurry toppings. It wasn’t very full, and it wasn’t mixed at all. I’m tired of trying different locations and getting the same thing, which isn’t what a McFlurry is supposed to be. Reporting the McFlurry doesn’t change the standard, they just send a coupon. I don’t want a discount next time, I want my order done correctly next time.

I would first and foremost say that this is not a safe McDonald’s to go to. There are lots of transient due to the area and not a lot of security. I don’t know if it’s because they’re dealing with the people, but they are extra slow too.

Sometimes it’s good. But as you can see my Big Mac looks like someone took a big bite from a patty. Gave 3 stars (was thinking 2 stars) only because I tried a fish fillet for the first time and it was decent I was always scared to try fish from a fast food place.

The 2 African American managers during the breakfast shift were very rude. They have a problem with the McDonald’s App team allowing customers to freely order Condiments for free. Instead of fixing their internal issue on the app and they make it the customer’s problem by telling customers to stop asking for those condiments or they would charge them even if they are free to order on the app.
