Really bad customer service.
My kids Mcflurry had a long hair in it.

I just went this morning and got two sandwiches and a frappe, once I pickup my food the worker tells me the frappe machine went down, no problem, so I switched it out for a strawberry banana smoothie to which they only fill 3/4 of the cup. And on my sandwich I got a hair taking up the whole size of the bun. Went ahead and threw my food out because the kitchen can’t wear hairnets

The service is terrible. I came on a Friday night and wasn’t attended to until almost 20 minutes after I arrived, even though I was standing right in front of them. They just walked past as if they didn’t care. Terrible service and my worst experience. I hope they take action because that staff is awful.

At the drive through the volume of the speaker is very low and its hard to hear the staff. My order is a large meal with the buffalo ranch mcchicken with bacon, extra salt on the fries and a chips ahoy frappe. The speaker worked better last week and its gotten worse like its been temporarily fixed. I liked the food and will continue coming in the future.
