If you don’t want to get ripped off, avoid this location—especially during the graveyard shift. Always check your bill carefully and make sure they give you a receipt. Staff will find a way to overcharge you.

I am not a huge fan of fast food or McDonald’s. There’s a time and place, but it’s rare for me.
Today after a long day at work, my girlfriend specifically asked for McDonald’s on my way home. I didn’t want to go, but I did.
While I was ordering, it felt like the gentleman I was talking to had never taken an order. He kept talking while I was talking. I was trying to explain my order and he would ask questions before I could finish. I had a long day at work and I started to get frustrated.
When I pulled up to the window, I waited 8 or 9 mins. Longer than usual. No big deal. Finally, my turn to grab food. A woman I assume was Hispanic with a septum piercing helped me and she was nice and kind and obviously cared about her job and customers.
My fries were hot. Not just hot, but fresh. My drink was cold. My hamburgers were made with the modifications I ask for. I asked for sauce, she said it was in the bag. I told her I looked and didn’t see it and she gave me more. She wasn’t rude. She didn’t argue.
I worked at McDonald’s for half a year. I want to tell you this is the freshest food I’ve ever had there in my life. It was worth the wait. Her trying to make me happy even though I may have been difficult made me feel like they cared.
I don’t think I’ve ever eaten here before as a Las Vegas local, but I will be back. My experience was amazing and made my entire night better.

Waited over 30 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches. And after waiting still got burnt sausage mcmuffins unacceptable. The management there need training food quality and speed of service, because they were going incredibly slow and the manager was not pushing the team to move quicker.

Worst staff. Pulled up as the only car. 11:40pm 11/6/2025. Was told to wait a minute. Another car pull in the drive thru and took there order before mine. Had a bad attitude at the window like I was a problem for showing up to your business. I will never go back and I will be looking into who the franchise owner and avoid ALL THEIR LOCATIONS. This location has been bad for the 8 years I lived near it. Food never makes up for it either. The whole place terrible experience all around. Should not even be allowed to hold the MCDONALDS name you are killing their brand.

Always have cars waiting on food. Always. Right now there are 4 who have already ordered. 3 waiting for food and one stuck behind them all. Im parked at curbside waiting too. And not just the couple minutes it takes to make fries or catch up with patties off the grill. Something else is taking 10 minutes. This isn’t sometimes. It’s EVERY TIME. They won’t change anything.

On 09.28.25 at 7.34pm,I have to wait for 5 minutes at order speakers n later I moved to first windows and them called by a male employee to the 2nd windows,where he told me that they are under staff and they can’t take my order.
I was just wondering…what type of service is this by McDonald’s at Sahara and Maryland parkway.
I believe management will look into this and atleast improve service and be little polite to your customers.

I ordered a large fish filet meal and another order of large fries, and this is what the fries look like. It’s dark and dry. Hollow on the inside. I saw it and asked kindly if they can make it fresh. He grabbed my bag saying “it’s cause we didn’t change the oil,” and walked inside. 2-3min later came back, and the fries still looked the same. I wondered if another location was going to give me the same quality food if I ordered another order of large fries. I drove to the location on Katie Ave and maryland Parkway, ordered large fries and they asked me to pull around and because they were making it fresh. I seen my order and it was fresh alright. Look at the picture. The lighter colored fries is from Katie Ave location the two dark fries are from sahara and maryland. I’m appalled!!! You’re telling me that Mcdonalds is a multi-billion dollar company, a market capitalization of 216.57 billion dollars as of April 8th 2025, and I can’t get a decent order of fries?!!! Make that make sense. We are working class people. It’s hard enough the economy is bad but to take our hard earn money and give me this shit. Wasting my money, time, gas… to cook my food in OLD OIL…. I drove back around to the other location to show them the difference and thanked them for their service.

The service was good—staff were attentive and accommodating, which made the experience pleasant. However, the Pink Shake did not meet my expectations. While it looked visually appealing, the taste was difficult to identify and lacked a clear or distinctive flavor profile. Because of this, it was underwhelming compared to how it was presented. I expected a more defined taste to match its appearance, but it didn’t quite deliver.
