Whether I’m physically ordering anything or ordering from Ubereats, the service is always slow and it always takes a long time to receive my order. The area is very sketchy and dangerous being near 2 Siegel Suite properties. The homeless are always in and around the restaurant begging. I don’t feel comfortable whenever I’m in this area. They receive a good number of business whenever there’s a convention event whenever tourists are wakyon the street. They need to hire security.

I witnessed the manager, Naomi, throwing items at a customer while I was waiting for my food. During the incident, she continued throwing drinks, and some of them struck me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The manager demonstrated very poor conflict resolution skills, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. No customer should ever feel unsafe while inside your establishment. Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location.

I went to McDonald’s at around 5:30 this morning and I had a mobile order but forgot to add a sweet tea. So I wanted to add a second order for a sweet tea, there was nobody else in the drive thru and the lady claimed she was the manager and kept saying “we only allow one order per vehicle”. I have never heard of that as I have worked at McDonald’s and get two separate orders in the drive thru all the time. It took about 5 times of me asking until they finally did the second order. Terrible service

My kids and I had dinner there and while we were eating a bug started to crawl towards our table and I kicked it, it hid, then it came back my child kid it and it rolled under another table and it was dead, I believe its a roch, I told the manager he said ok, nothing was done, so I told an employee he swept it up and that was all no sanitary stardards took place, definitely wont be back, we are grossed out

The service is trash takes over 20 minutes to get an order. Only come here because it’s close but at this point I’ll probably stop eating McDonald’s for a while. Ma. Linda the manager has no customer service couldn’t find my order and tried to send me on my way with out a refund. You can do better. I know it’s a rough area but that’s no excuse.

Ordered this on the app. And the only reason I put so much creamer and sugar is because it gives me energy. Well I walked in and heard an employee talking about this is ridiculous. But when asked what I was there for. And I said that coffee you talking about. She looked nervous. No don’t look nervous just do your job. The employee got green hair. Luckily I am in a good mood today. Normally I would go to this one because it closer to where I live. But I’ll take my chance to go to Sahara for now on

Most of the staff is nice and friendly. The major issue is that the food takes a while to receive. It was slow when I went but it took like 15 minutes to get my food. They run out of items.
Update: I gave it 3 stars as like I have said that most of the staff is nice and friendly. The food takes a while as they need more workers. I talked to a worker recently so that is why it can take a while to get my food. Today, the worker who gave me my food had an attitude. I asked for ketchup so when she did, she seemed annoyed and then when she had the ketchup, she just threw it in the bag. Another issue I have is homeless people sleeping and asking for food.
New update:It has gotten worse. Staff is now extremely rude and ignores customers. I went earlier this morning together food. Two kiosks were down and there is four. Took a while to order at the kiosk. After putting in my order, I went to go pay at the counter as I was paying cash. I was completely ignored. Two workers were there. One was handing out orders and another was at the register. I said I needed to pay but they didn’t take my order. They acknowledged other customers especially some lady complaining about how her iced tea was spoiled. Another girl was trying to get their attention but they ignored her as well. I was like cancel my order and left to go somewhere else. If you want your time wasted and be completely ignored, then come here.

I went here to try and buy food after work today at around 1pm, I had a serious cut on my hand I asked for a simple bandaid so I could stop bleeding and the female behind the counter said she cannot help me, I’ve worked at restaurants and it is mandatory to have a first aid kit. What if a worker cuts themselves or has a open wound?? Are they going to just bleed all over the food.. Horrible service, poor way to treat a customer I didn’t even want to eat after all that occurred

If you like waiting for 15-20mins for cold food, this is the place for you. You’ll be lucky if you get your food at all. Last night we ordered through the app and we couldn’t pick up our order because their system was allegedly down. If that were the case, I suggest not making your customers wait endlessly in the drive thru for no reason. We will be going to Burger King for late night snacks instead!
