Worst McDonalds! Long wait cold food and then to top it off when the shamrock shake we got was a vanilla shake with green dye not even mixed! There was a homeless lady by drive thru with no pants begging for money and a homeless guy at other side of drive thru begging. Food was cold and staff not so friendly, avoid if possible!!

Yesterday I posted it was full pigeons. Only to read same many post last 6 weeks by others. 32595 store. And even though manager reaches out. Nothing done.

Not good

dirty pigeon in a restaurant is a major health code violation, indicating severe sanitation failures, potential pest infestation, and a high risk of spreading disease (like salmonella) to food, leading to immediate closure, hefty fines, or permit revocation, as seen with a Tempe restaurant where a live pigeon flew into the kitchen and caused major violations. Such incidents fall under contamination risks, showing a breakdown in pest control and basic hygiene, which health departments treat extremely seriously to protect public health.

a live pigeon walking around inside a restaurant is a significant health code violation in Southern Nevada and is considered a public nuisance. The presence of live animals, especially wild birds, can lead to contamination and is a “critical” food safety violation that may result in fines or even temporary closure.

The young Hispanic guys working here, at least the one in the yellow shirt is cold and unfriendly. When I asked him what the status was with one of my food items, he only shot a thumb over his shoulder and said nothing in a dismissive manner. Very rude. They need to be restrained at better customer service and respect here.

Worst. I don’t usually write bad reviews. They lost my in-app order and claim they are not responsible for anything happened in the app. Made me order again and I was charged twice. Beyond that, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my second order. Worst McDonald experience ever.

Update: After my complaint, they have made up to me the missing order the next day.

As an early riser in Las Vegas, I found myself seeking a hearty breakfast at the crack of dawn. To my delight, I discovered the McDonald’s in Palms Casino was already bustling with activity at 6:30 AM, providing a welcoming oasis for both night owls winding down and early birds starting their day.

Stepping into the restaurant, I was immediately enveloped by the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sizzling breakfast items. The atmosphere was surprisingly vibrant for such an early hour, with the restaurant’s design seamlessly blending McDonald’s familiar comfort with the glitzy Vegas aesthetic.

What truly set this breakfast experience apart was the exceptional service provided by two standout staff members. A cheerful woman in a yellow shirt and glasses greeted me with a warm smile that seemed to brighten the early morning. Her enthusiasm was infectious, making me feel instantly awake and ready to start my day.

Equally impressive was her male colleague, sporting a crisp blue shirt and glasses. Despite the early hour, he exuded professionalism and efficiency, skillfully managing the flow of casino employees, tourists, and locals alike who were all in search of a satisfying breakfast.

Both team members displayed remarkable energy and attentiveness, especially considering the time of day. They handled each customer interaction with grace and patience, offering menu recommendations and ensuring that every order was prepared to perfection. Their ability to maintain such a positive and welcoming demeanor at 6:30 AM was truly commendable.

The breakfast menu itself was a delightful array of morning classics. I opted for the Egg McMuffin, which arrived piping hot with a perfectly cooked egg, savory Canadian bacon, and melted cheese on a toasted English muffin. The hash browns were crispy and golden, providing the perfect complement to my sandwich.

The McCafé coffee deserves special mention. Rich, aromatic, and freshly brewed, it was exactly what I needed to kickstart my morning. The staff even offered to refill my cup, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

What impressed me most about this McDonald’s was how seamlessly it catered to the unique needs of a 24-hour casino environment. The restaurant was impeccably clean, a feat considering it had likely been serving customers all night. The seating area provided a comfortable space to enjoy my meal, offering a moment of relaxation before diving into a day of casino excitement.

The efficiency of service was remarkable, especially given the early hour. Despite a steady stream of customers, including shift workers ending their night and eager tourists starting their day, orders were prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. This efficiency is crucial in a casino setting where time is always of the essence.

Overall, my breakfast experience at the McDonald’s in Palms Casino at 6:30 AM was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer, regardless of the early hour. The combination of efficient service, quality food, and the unique Vegas ambiance made this McDonald’s stand out as a top breakfast option in the Palms Casino.

I highly recommend this McDonald’s to anyone in the Palms looking for a satisfying breakfast to start their day or end their night. The dedicated staff, particularly the two front-of-house team members I mentioned, truly elevate the dining experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and professional yet friendly approach, especially at such an early hour, is a shining example of excellent service in the hospitality industry.

In conclusion, this McDonald’s has successfully created a breakfast experience that caters perfectly to the 24/7 nature of Las Vegas. Whether you’re gearing up for a day of sightseeing, winding down after a night at the casino, or simply in need of a reliable breakfast option, this McDonald’s in the Palms Casino delivers on all fronts, proving that in Vegas, excellence never sleeps.

They were the friendliest, most conversational, and just happiest people that we encountered at this McDonald’s!!!! Our Sunday morning was better because you were init! Thank you!!! This McDonald’s is in a food court and it is generally busy however, we never had a hard time finding seats. Family friendly. Just an easy, enjoyable experience

I don’t understand how this McDonald’s is always fully staffed, yet they continuously mess up orders and charge extra for items they don’t include. I’ve visited four times in the past year and a half.

The first time, the food was completely dry and small portions in April 2024.

The second visit, during a late-night/early morning visit on 12/28/2024, they ran out of fries and soda, and gave me a Quarter Pounder without meat—after making me wait almost 30 minutes. When I went back down to get it corrected, I had to wait another 30 minutes.

The most recent visits, on July 12 and 13, 2025, were even worse. A McChicken was missing from my order, the small fries and drink were not filled to the top, and the added onions and tomato I paid for were not included. What I did get was yet again over cooked and DRY. When I asked for them to be added, they didn’t remake the sandwich. Instead, the slow-moving, clearly irritated Gen Z cook spaced out, took his time, and tossed it back at me.

This location is consistently awful, and the mentally and physically slow staff are unacceptable.

I didn’t get to order. There is 1 cashier and 1 cook. The cashier was scratching his head while putting food in bags and making fries. He moved very slow, head tilting sideways, then stepped aside to eat and came back to the line while still chewing his food. Someone needs to relieve this poor kid for a meal and a break. Today is Sunday May 7th 5:15 P.M. PST (for staffing reference on who this young man is). I got tired of waiting so I left. I just wanted to grab a coffee.

Haven’t actually even placed my order yet, I’ve been waiting in a long line for around 30 mins. I’ve actually been stood at the front counter for 10 minutes right now as I’ve written this review. So much for “fast” food.
