My experience doesn’t matter in this review. What is bothering me is the Young couple with a baby that were in front of me. Maybe 25 years old and the husband was tearing apart coupons they brought with to use on their Sunday lunch out. I could tell they were not super poor but just plain working class people. The coupons were both Buy one get one. The manager came up and informed them that they didn’t accept those coupons. I could tell there was some stress in the young man’s face as she said that. My opinion of these big corporations like Arby’s need to get some continuity going with corporate coupons and franchisee coupons. Nobody knows what stores or locations except what coupons you ding bats send out. Only to have them rejected at the cash register. At this point I believe the manager should have just accepted them. Don’t tell me she doesn’t have a buy one get one button within her access. Hell, they were advertising Buy One French Dip and Get One today. Use that damn button and yell to the kitchen what you actually needed. This Rule Lady crap has to get defined or stop putting out coupons you don’t even honor. Makes me sick actually!!

Although I was sincerely disappointed that they did not have roasted jalapeño, Mona was absolutely amazing! She lit up my day after traveling for hours! She is truly a gem, I hope she is appreciated! Javon and Isaiah were positively lovely as well! Arby’s food is always good, the service here was EXCELLENT!

we ordered around 7:30 dec 4 at the drive through classic beef and a smokehouse brisket both meals got back on the road my wife only took 2 bits and said this isn’t right not the beef sandwich she knows so I started on mine tasted like a normal roast beef sandwich dunked in a different gravy very disappointing traveling on I80 there was no way of me turning around I hope corporate will see this and contact us

Stood there waiting for 15 minutes being the only customer in there. They were working on the online orders and more or less ignored me. So I left. Would not recommend this place.

Pulled up to the drive through, no one in front of us, and we still waited 15 minutes for our food. No one spoke to us other than to tell us our total. Terrible service.

Restaurant was dead but no one was willing to serve. Restaurant smelled like mold and food wasn’t hot when I received it. Management needs to do better. Never coming back. Needs to be shut down.

Ordered a new gobbler turkey sandwich and took it home it was nothing like the one they advertised ! No stuffing or cranberry sauce or cheese it was terrible.
