Great McDonald’s experience!
This McDonald’s is very clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly, patient, and always greet customers with a smile. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh.
What we really like is that it’s very family-friendly — plenty of space and a nice area for kids, which makes it a great stop for families. Overall, a pleasant experience every time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It has been a very long time that we have written a very positive review on any McDonald’s, but today we found the one. This store is in the town of Mesquite, just off the I15 northbound side. We stopped in for lunch on our way home to Henderson from Zion National Park, and we were pleasantly surprised by not only the service but also by the food quality. One thing that has really changed in McDonald’s is the way you order food, with people at the counters replaced by automated computer screens. However, I wanted a special order and one of the employees was so nice that she walked over and took care of placing the special-order request for us. When the food was delivered, the French fries were hot and tasty, and the Quarter Pounders were hot and freshly made, what a difference. Not your typical dried out hamburger patty, that had been cooked 10 minutes or more earlier and just sitting around until it is served to someone in the drive-thru. Inside the store there are plenty of tables as well as additional seating outside in front of the store. Last, the restrooms today are clean and there is plenty of parking around this store. So, special thanks to the McD’s crew today, excellent job.

I went into the mcdonald’s on the far end of mesquite nevada. It stays open 24 hours.There is a sinclair gas station, a chipotle and a panda express. I chose mcdonald’s. I didn’t know how to use their kiosk machine.So I talked to a manager. That took awhile. I finally got a manager. She looked like she works very hard. She took my order out on the Manager’s. Kiosk. I was explicit in my order. Double cheeseburger (No pickles) that’s all I asked. When I left got far enough away to where it would be a hassle to come back I noticed that there was extra pickles on my cheeseburgers, not No Pickles ♂️ Oh my gosh I thought.

Absolutely NO customer service. My 11 year old wanted another packet of Honey. Literally not a service counter at this place. So I ordered 1 packet of honey and waited 5 minutes before my “order” was ready. The next time I walk into a McDonald’s that does not have a service counter I am walking right back out. I understand that McDonald’s wants us to use the kiosks and mobile phones to order.But to not have somebody there willing to help you is ridiculous!

The employees at the Falcon Ridge McDonald’s are the most unmannered employees I have ever encountered in my 36 years of living they were all incredibly unmannered and do not treat their customers with respect. They tend to always get orders wrong when you go inside the McDonald’s in you wanna pay with cash because when you use the kiosk, you have the option to pay with cash and which you have to bring a paper up to the employees they all just stare at you and they don’t want to take your money. They all will l ignore the fact that you’re there when you’re just trying to pay I see people coming up there to wait to ask them questions and all of the employees just look the other way. They definitely need to be managed better. they never say thank you or you’re welcome and everybody I’ve talked to have told me they’ve experienced similar things and even worst things but that’s their stories for this McDonald’s just go to the other one where they actually treat you with respect.

Standard McDonalds food, but the service was hard to swallow. Many tourists stop here and they are not welcome or treated well by the staff. Generally, the staff treats everyone poorly, but I witnessed some foreign tourists get treated badly. They did nothing wrong, but the staff barely served them, didn’t want to answer their questions and threw their food on the counter in a disrespectful way. We felt bad for the visitors. Hard to watch.

Ridiculous service, crack on the cup, leaking everywhere in the car, I’ve waited there for 5 minutes and got nothing! Finally manager came, and gave me a terrible attitude when I ask for the replacement. Only chicken staff they are nice. Drive thru staff and the female manager are lack of training and disrespectful. By the way, the large latte I got only filled 3/5.

walk in…not one clean table and its past the lunch hour (2:30). Told the manager nicely and she looked at me like she didn’t speak English. Her response was she was in the back and she doesn’t have a visual of the dining room….

We went through the driveway and had to go back in for butter and napkins. This is a popular stop on the highway so it was very busy unfortunately when we went in, nobody man’s the counter anymore. The people putting food in the bags could see us, looked at us, but completely ignored us for about five minutes. After three the one lady said she will be with you in a few minutes, but that was all we got. It wasn’t very clean and the bathrooms were a mess. Parking was a nightmare.
