I don’t have any major complaints. They miraculously didn’t get anything wrong even though we had a large order at 8pm. The food was good and the wait was only like 20 minutes, the bathroom was clean (there was a lack of paper towels though- I grabbed some napkins to dry my hands so it wasn’t that big a deal), my niece and nephew were excited about the kpop demon hunters stickers they got with their happy meals.
We got happy meals, hamburgers, McChickens, chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks for our group and everyone agreed their food was pretty good.
The floor wasn’t clean and the area under the drink dispensers was littered with crumbs and sticky grime. Kinda gross.
There was a table with large monopoly pieces which was pretty interesting. This McDonald’s is doing a thing where if you collect colors from other McDonald’s in the area you can win free food or something. It’s literally finding a monopoly lol. Some food items come with a little sticker that tells you what color you got and tells you “you won free food” but you have to go to the app to see what you got.
I took some pictures of the sunset while we were at this McDonald’s.
The best thing was how conveniently placed this McDonald’s was because we were pretty hungry after driving for hours on end.

Absolutely recommend food is always very good!! Bianca makes sure food is hot fresh and correct her crew is amazing even at night when we come we travel from Las Vegas and Santa Rosa is always our stop #best McDonald’s it’s way better then Las Vegas nm cheese is always melted so so delicious!!

I wanted a caramel frappe and my husband was hungry. My frappe was great. My husband ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and a coke. His coke was flat and the sandwich was okay. The employee that took our order was nice.

It was the only place for breakfast. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was disappointing. The sandwiches were barely warm, my biscuit had crusty edges, and my coffee was far from hot. This was at 8:30 am, and they were definitely not overwhelmed with business. I guess the locals know not to go there.

Bianca is an incredible manager. She runs a very tight ship. She made sure we had the best experience possible and made sure my grandmother was taking care of. We wish all restaurants had a manager like Bianca.

Lots of issues while ordering. I chalked it up to someone new on the crew. After ordering I had enough time to get out of my vehicle, go inside use the bathroom, get back in my vehicle and we still had not moved in the drive thru line to pay. Paid and eventually got to the second window only to be asked what our order was. Got 1 bag of our items, but the fries were medium instead of large and was missing half our order. We were asked to pull forward. They brought out our burgers, but the fries were missing. They sent out fries, but they were cold.
Would not recommend if you are in a rush or want hot or warm food.

Excellent service! The man manning the drive thru was so polite and professional, he asked if anyone would like ice water when we were getting our food just to be kind. When we went to use the (already sparkling) bathrooms there was a man cleaning them who specifically left for us so we didn’t have to wait.

We stopped here to grab breakfast on the road and they were extremely busy. There were a number of cars waiting in the drive-thru line, and several people waiting to use the kiosk to order food inside. It seems like all the customers arrived at the same time, and the employees were hopping to keep up with the orders. They did a great job and were constantly on the move. Yes, it took a few minutes to get my order, but that is to be expected when they are that busy. I will admit that there was no one at the cash register to take orders, but that is because they were so busy in the kitchen. Someone did eventually come out to take a couple of orders at the cash register–perhaps it would have been more customer friendly to be available at the register as well, especially for the older customers who are unable to use the kiosk. But overall, they did a great job!

Stopped here on our way back home to MO, and everything was perfect. The food was fresh the staff were friendly and one even made our sons night and blessed him with a toy, and even taught him some words in her native language!
