Today I went to grab some breakfast at 10:30, went ordered and didn’t leave the drive through line untill 10:53. I ordered two sausages biscuits and two mc griddles. I understand its shift change and not everything is fresh but for the love of Christ. Fire the damn general manager. My food was cold by the time I got it, I sat in the drive through line while they parked other people, I even witnessed a woman who go out and walked in to complain because she was waiting for her food for a while aswell. The staff at this location are rude and the general manager clearly cannot keep business running during a shift change.

Out of all the McDonald’s in Roswell choose a different one!!!!! I have been here multiple times because it close to my house but from now on I’d rather drive to any of the others. They never I mean ever get your order right and treat you terribly if you say anything. Also they are shady on multiple occasions I have used discounts through the app and it shows it being taken off on the reader screen but then you pay for you order and magically the discount isn’t there on the receipt after you pay! Don’t worry if you catch this happening they won’t correct it they will lie and say it came off when it didn’t and then tell you they can’t do anything. Seriously go to a different McDonald’s it’s absolutely not worth the headache!!!!!!!!

I’ve only been through the drive-thru but they’re very efficient at moving cars through there even at busy times. I’ve only ordered the filet-o-fish and double cheeseburger. I imagine everything gets thrown together rapidly because sometimes the cheese is hanging half way out of the sandwich so I need to straighten it up before I can eat it.

The night crew was really disrespectful the girl at the back window, then we were waiting for a Carmel frappe medium and they had us pull to #1 waited 15-20 minutes and nothing went back around told the lady she told me to pull up to next window why am I waiting there” & was told to pull again all for a frappe that they were making it” and I said no then they came to the window and asked what flavor it was but they started making it? Worst customer service while they left the window open and you can hear them talking about the customers, and talking crap about us.

I exclusively order online from this location and am constantly disappointed. After working a 12 hour shift I want to put in an order and pick it up after no more than 5-10 minutes of waiting, but that never happens. As I’m writing this review, I’m currently waiting going on 25 minutes for an order of 3 sandwiches, fries, and a drink. This has to be the LEAST competent group of people I’ve ever seen.
