Every-time i go here i ask for fresh chicken and i get this stale dried piece of chicken. Even when i request it made to order! Then the person at the window when i ask them if its fresh. They say
“yes it is “ the quality’s and service here is the worst one in town. wish i had a better one close to my house. Manager needs to step it up GM obviously has low expectations.

For some reason, they think when I order a big Mac and I order no middle bun they think I mean no bun at all. Learned to follow directions I get it people make mistakes, but these aren’t innocent mistakes. These are mistakes that cost money.

15 Mandatory Questions!!! Maybe the shift manager insisting that I take food and throw it away was the better part of my transaction.

Oh, I forgot this statement from McDonald’s:

I’m sorry, I thought I was your customer. Since when is a customer *REQUIRED* to answer your questions? Your location failed in the simplest standards of accommodation. Accept the fact, and move on. Just try to do better in the future.

This McDonald’s location has been having some problems the last few months. Starting with a shift manager that insisted on serving me food I didn’t want. I don’t eat the McNuggets, but they come with the meal. I asked they not be served, so I wouldn’t have to throw them away. The manager said they were part of the meal and she was going to serve them to me even if I just threw them away. Really? That’s how you treat a customer? You don’t belong anywhere in customer service!!!
With managers like that, it’s no wonder they can’t even keep soda stocked. No DrPepper again today? Does anybody do inventory and ordering before you’re out of product? The shift manager didn’t even know they were out today, until I ordered and an employee told her there was none. So, I was served a coke and was told if it didn’t taste right, to let them know. No, it didn’t taste “right”. It was a lot of club soda, with a little coke syrup.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash and the lady was too busy play8ng on here phone to ask me if I needed help. She even finished the order and put it in the back while I was standing there. Some lady came in and she stopped what she was doing to ask her if she needed help as soon as she walked in. Sexist and too lady to work and just plays on there phone. She was even on her co workers phone. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The one on Missouri has better service.

my food is always so fresh, this is my favorite location to go to by far. however, the female older manager in the morning is so rude! to employees and to customers. i wish her better days ahead.

I have been slow to leave a review I have been very patient with this location I started going on Sundays to location because of convenience of store first I have a bad back and have had surgery I got mad when the employees was mopping the front door like really there was no rain outside I almost slipped also I hate how when they give you your food and it for go basically you have to get your own straws the app sometimes doesn’t work Sunday it didn’t work nor for mobile order I should of took a screenshot normally they honor coupons this time they didn’t it wouldnt even work for mobile I wanted to do in person because it was for someone else and didn’t want to use my card and sometimes after your drink is made you have to also wait a few minutes looking at it before they give it to you I have had it I waited on the review to calm down I should of gotten the screenshots but I told corporate I’m tired of this people

I went to this location for lunch today for my family. I ordered three happy meals for my toddlers. They gave me two and when I said I was missing one they asked for my receipt which I happily provided. Then I waited for a couple minutes and they gave me the third happy meal. Upon arriving home to eat, I’m handing out the chicken nuggets only to find the third four piece box had no nuggets inside. Instead it had a huge squirt of mayonnaise! I am beside myself. It’s not okay to mess with peoples food in general but to play a prank involving a child’s meal is flat out unforgivable. I did call and speak to the assistant manager who was kind and apologetic and said she would replace the meal. However I do not want a replacement, I will never return to this location again. I feel the person who did this should at the very least be sent home for the day and receive a write up. If this person is willing to do this what else are they willing to do to my food in the future?
