THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DON’T GO THERE! Judging from the reviews I just read and the service I’ve been receiving the latest two months that’s I’ve been trying to give them my money this store is probably on the list to be closed at some point. I recently started trying to go here. I tried to order a offer that is right on the drive through menu. It’s actually the biggest pond on the menu. They’re manager first tried to tell me thatthe item is order isn’t included with the special, even though there is a picture of it right on menu. Then told me that they don’t have biscuits. I was fine with croissants. When I got to the window he said no substitutes while he was wearing a shirt that said “HAVE IT YOUR WAY” he told me that it’s the policy is to only make a certain amount of biscuits and don’t care of it covers the time that we advertise. I went through this the previous month with another manager. Bah not even going to go into the rest. Even when I tried to write a complaint on the corporate page it said that the zip code for owings mills doesn’t exist. Lmao bah.. like I said THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DON’T GO THERE

Hello, I would like to report an incident that happened to me tonight, which caused both a loss of time and financial harm.
I work as a driver, and I only wanted to grab something quick to eat, so I chose Burger King. I checked the mobile app and placed my order at the closest store that showed as open. I headed to 10220 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117, which still had about 12–13 minutes before closing. When I arrived, they told me the store was closed, and when I asked for help canceling my order, they told me to leave. I let it go because I was very hungry.
Then I checked the next closest store and placed a new order at 8022 Liberty Rd, Baltimore, MD 21244. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the woman inside asked me to wait a moment, so I waited around 2–3 minutes. Since my car engine was running, she couldn’t hear me clearly, so I repeated that I had a mobile order.
I then heard her say, “Is he Russian?” and she called me to the window. I waited there for about 7 minutes. When she finally opened the window, she questioned why I was looking inside the store. I told her I was just fine and that I had a mobile order. She then came back and told me, “You don’t have an order, you don’t have any food here, leave.” She kept raising her voice at me, and even though I stayed polite the entire time, she argued with me, claimed I was Russian, and then called the police to report me.
They wasted about an hour of my time, left me hungry, and caused me unnecessary stress. You can review the store cameras at Burger King to confirm everything. I will be sharing this incident publicly everywhere.

During my visit today at this restaurant around 530 pm I witnessed an altercation between im guessing the manager and a worker. The old lady the manager was yelling and cussing at the team member to clock out repeatedly. He was asking why and saying she was lying about something. She stated she was on the phone with someone. In my opinion she did not conduct herself in the correct manager behavior. she was yelling and told him she would get her boyfriend on him. Eventually the young man left with his head hanging down and she continued to talk about the situation. The other team members were trying to handle guest as best as they could and i felt really bad for them because she was not leading them correctly. Its giving very ghetto and due to this i probably wont be coming back. I sat in the parking lot after i left without ordering because it was just too much. Im guessing her boyfriend that she said she would call came in a pick up truck and im guessing the car he rushed out the parking lot to chase was the gentleman that she had the altercation with earlier. I hope this isnt what Burger King is making acceptable especially for a manager. This is not a good look and I will be calling corporate because this was the absolute worst experience ever.

This has to be one of the most inefficient fast food places I’ve ever been in. The level of incompetence is astounding. The wait time for food was over 30 minutes and there were only a handful of people in the entire restaurant. Multiple people left after screaming it employees and just generally being very frustrated. This was a total nightmare.

Average Burger King. The staff were not exactly friendly, but they were helpful enough. Things seemed a bit disorganized behind the counter, with multiple people all yelling at a single employee doing the real work.
The bathroom was a bit rundown, but it was very clean.

Id like to start by saying the staff was very polite. My food however, was not delightful. I asked for a burger and chicken sandwich with light mustard. Both sandwiches were smothered in mustard. The mustard was so overpowering, I couldn’t taste anything else.

I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. I ordered a Whopper meal, but my order was either forgotten or significantly delayed. Seven other customers, who arrived after me, received their orders before I did. After waiting for 20 minutes, my order was finally delivered. However, the staff member who served it was extremely rude, handing me the meal while complaining.
I had also requested barbecue and hot sauce, but she rudely informed me that these were chargeable and refused to provide them, even though I never indicated that I wouldn’t pay. Her disrespectful attitude made the experience very uncomfortable.
Although the food itself was fine, the service was absolutely unacceptable. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

I Had a very bad time at this restaurant , around 5:20 or 5 : 30 pm I was ordering my food and I sat to the side . As I was waiting for my food to be prepared I heard a lady im guessing the manger yelling very loudly that it was hurting my ears , she was screaming at a employee that had just entered from getting water she told him he needed to clock out and was in his face screaming at him while he stayed at a nice tone . I think his name was ” Ty ” or he’s called that for short but she kepy yelling ” Ty clock out , Ty get off my clock ” . She was being very loud and the employee walked out after she called someone, before he walked out my food came and the younger workers looked terrified and scared from her yelling so before i got my food I heard her saying ” I’ll call my boyfriend to come and beat you up ” Now in a place of work i think this is very uncomfortable and preposterous behavior to do infront of costumer and she needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY. Therefore , when I left I saw the younger man who was getting yelled at by that old lady walk out and get in his car , I feel that he was very upset and annoyed but he didn’t flash out like that very unprofessional lady did in that store as I went to pull of this big truck pulled in and when the younge man pulled out the man in the truck drove off after him very fast most likely over the speed limit and that is a safety problem, Now I believe that it was that lady’s boy friend because he didn’t even park before he pulled off behind that younger man. I want to say that this was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE, PREPOSTEROUS , experienced I’ve ever had at this place i hope the Boss of the BK has terminated that old lady and didn’t even think to FIRE that younger man .
