I should have checked the reviews.
I came inside to order (thankfully). First thing there is NO option to order at the counter. Why?
Ordered a Egg and sausage biscuit, which turned out to be a brick with egg and sausage. By brick i mean imagine crushing a brick with a hammer. Yep! That’s how it crumbled. Why would anyone who works here serve i biscuit that has hardened?
Thankfully I was inside so I took my brick i mean biscuit to the counter and got a fresh biscuit.

By far, the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you need the restroom, make sure to bring napkins from the restaurant since they hardly ever have any in the dispenser. Hell, they didn’t even have toilet paper in the women’s restroom. I trust a truck stop’s cleanliness over this freakin’ place.
The food’s not bad, though.

Do yourself a favor and stop elsewhere. After ordering at a kiosk on a calm day, we waited 15m for a regular hamburger, a buffalo chicken wrap (inedible), and cold fries. No griller onions on the burger, overly salted cold fries, and the chicken wrap was cold and gross. Corporate needs to come in and fix this mess. Not that I expect something fancy, but I expect at least a modicum of speed and quality. You have been warned

Listen, I realize working at McDonald’s in TorC, NM is probably not anyone’s dream job, but when you’re traveling and just need some hot food and want something familiar, a little politeness goes a long way. When my fries and fish sandwich were delivered to my table cold, I asked the employee if she could just microwave the fries and they were room temperature. Without one word, she took my tray away, was gone for some time and then returned my food with I guess what was supposed to be warmer food without one word. I just needed her to say “sure let me fix that that for you.” Not overly anything, just some basic manners please. I didn’t just pay $10 for cold food or to be treated like a nuisance..

Not sure who trained these people but this particular store has only seemed to manage to 100% screw up orders. From trying to serve food allergens to people who state the allergies to serving burgers that looked like they were prechewed. (When the meat is broken up and falling everywhere out of the box it is handed out in. Absolutely disgusted with the overpriced swill they try to pass off as edible. (Do yourself a favor and go to A&B further in town, at least they provide quality that McDonalds can obviously only claim.)

I especially like hanging out at Mc D’s. It a great way to meet new people and hang out. I love the big windows that brings in the sunshine and warmth to the room. The staff is friendly and attentive.

McDonalds is now trading on their name only, definitely not value for money. I bought one sausage and egg muffin which measured 2.5in in diameter and it cost me over 6 dollars. They were running minimal staff at 6am so it took over 12 minutes to prepare it. It tasted the same as any other sausage and egg muffin sandwich. So, not cheap, not fast, and the same taste as anywhere else… I think I’ll be looking for alternatives like local burrito shops or bakery from now on.

I ordered food 03/25/25 my food was messed up they fixed my burger but the fries was cold the pop was watered down waste of money. I ordered food this morning 03/25/25 it was once again messed up I asked to sub sausage for bacon because I don’t eat sausage they still put it there. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been too by far.

We ordered at the kiosk. The food arrived fairly quickly given how busy they were and the staff were friendly. Great option for a quick bite right off of the freeway.
