Got some food tonight but it wasn’t cooked all the way, service was good and they were polite but again, the food was undercooked. Hopefully we don’t get sick from this as we already ate a good portion before even noticing it.

Placed a mobile order. Sandwich was not made correctly. I went inside to talk to a manager. Waited and waited so I went back out to my car and went back thru the drive thru to get my sandwich made right. They remade it wrong AGAIN. Asked to talk to a manager and the second manager went back to remake my sandwich for a 3rd time. I was asked to pull into 1 of their drive thru spots after a 3rd manager came to the windows to belittle me saying,” oh,only your allowed to make a mistake?” I said absolutely not but your staff is working here not me and it shouldn’t take 3 tries to get 1 simple sandwich made correctly. They asked again for me to go park so cars behind me could be parked too to wait on their food. I said no,it is 1 sandwich. All you have to do is make it right so I can leave. Wow! I really think some of these fast food places should be permanently closed. It’s not so much that sandwiches get made wrong,its about the manager being incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This location. Order sausage Mc muffin, 3 hash browns, coffee, . Received coffee, was told to pull up, order would brought out. 7 mins later, nothing! Went in showed receipt, order was just sitting there,no one brought it out. Thanks! UPDATE. I was contacted by a Rep. not too far after my return to AZ. Apologies were given,a conversation on speaking to employees regarding service. Its rare but even Mikey D’s can fall short.Still, great comfort fast food we all enjoy.

Don’t get the holiday pies. Wasn’t the pie I wanted but ig they where out of apple. So i substituted for a holiday pie. The pie was burnt and hard. When I broke in to the pie the fill was overcooked. How do you destroy a pie that has to be warmed

No one really knows how to help you if you can’t find an item in kiosk. And being a little older it’s hard anyway I watched and older man wait and wait tell he finally got help at the cash register. It’s just not high priority. Or the McDonalds that’s it’s been in the past.
I only stop at McDonalds when traveling because their in almost every town. But every time I’m always a little disappointed in service.

This is my 2nd time here the first time all my food got double fried and was disgusting 2nd time my mcChicken‘s double cooked, The chicken patties were hard with an absurd amount of mayonnaise, quarter pounder dry and hard to eat. Ordered 3 strawberry cream pies only got 2. This place sucks and you can tell in the workers face when you talk to them that hate it there to. Someone should just shut this place down for good because this is definitely in the top 3 worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Like all others, place is rude, slow, and the food is terrible. Forgot I ate here last time in town and had the same experience. About 15-30 minutes for gross food in the drive through. Avoid avoid avoid.

I did give this location a bad review before because of the rude service but since then they’ve fired people and the service is really good very friendly, happy doing their job and getting food out as fast as possible! And double checking orders!! Great job!!! ❤️
