This is our 33rd anniversary weekend. While on the beach my wife made reservations online at Clayton’s. Unbeknownst to me, she let Clayton’s know this was our anniversary dinner. When we got to the restaurant Marin, the hostess congratulated us for our special day. We then decided to have a drink before dinner when our bartender Luca, again congratulated us for our anniversary. As we were finishing up our cocktails, Mavis, the owner/manager came over to talk with us and once again told us how much she appreciated us having this very special dinner at her restaurant. After being seated, our server Luca echoed the same message as everyone else we came in touch with, sincere appreciation for celebrating our special evening.
The cherry on the milkshake was when Mavis personally brought out a special treat for us just before desert. Another great big shoutout to Marin for the picture as we were leaving.
Thank you Clayton team for making this one of the best evenings ever! We appreciate each and every one of you!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here with my daughter and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Barbara was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic…friendly, attentive, and incredibly detail oriented. She truly made our evening special.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food was just as impressive. This is definitely a must visit spot when you’re in Siesta Key!

I have to say we enjoyed our meals for the most part. The grouper was excellent. The seafood chowder was excellent. I would say the only meal that really wasn’t very well done was the vegan pasta dish. The pasta was dry and brittle and the sauce was lukewarm. On the other hand, the service was excellent. We were seated promptly and our server, Patrick, did a marvelous job of dealing with eight people all with individualized checks. Everything was handled easily and professionally by Patrick. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience at Clayton’s!

My husband and I visited Clayton’s for the first time last week. We made a reservation, just to be safe, but found two seats available at the bar so we decided to sit there. Cain was our bartender and he was fantastic! Our food and drinks were delicious and we will definitely be back.

We had reservations and waited only a few minutes. Caleb, our server, was excellent! Food – daily catch, grouper, chicken, salmon were all delicious for the four of us. This is a highlight every year on Siesta Key! See you next year.

We went to Clayton’s for dinner on 2/4/26. We didn’t have a reservation but managed to get a table on the patio. It was a chilly evening but they had heaters going and the plastic windows down so it was comfortable. The entire staff were very attentive and professional. Even the owner made a point to stop by to introduce herself and to make sure we were well cared for. I had the macadamia crusted grouper and 2 glasses of wine, my husband had the Verona pizza and a few beers. Everything was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to go back!

First and foremost, the food is fantastic. It’s a lovely place just a short walk from the beach on Siesta Key. My wife and I are regulars there on Tuesday nights for the last five years. We have tried just about everything on the menu and it is all amazing.
Amber at the bar creates wonderful concoctions that will surprise your taste buds. She is so sweet and we just love her.
Andrea is a waitress that always has a smile on her face and makes you laugh. James, the chef, creates wonderful culinary dishes, and continues to look for new ways to make those dishes even better.
Last and definitely not least, Mavis, the owner, it’s just wonderful and gives us a hug every time we come in.
