The order machine run out of paper, no order number and receipt able to print. Press assistance button but no one attend even after 10 min. Luckily no other customer affected. When call to collect, inform the cashier the machine run out of paper, he just noted. Then I tell him need to refill paper. He also noted. Immediately he headed to kitchen like having fun inside.
With this negative attitude, I don’t think they can prepare and serve good quality food.
And sanitizer bottle is running out of sanitizer. Consider pretty bad in hygiene as well.

Came here on my lunch break. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast. They did mess up my burger but were quick to fix it. Typically when anyone messes up my order they are rude anywhere else. The man at the front register was really nice.

This is my first time writing a review because I’m fed up!! The service here is always TERRIBLE. McDonald’s started charging, 25¢, 50¢ for sauces which off the bat is already ridiculous but whatever, my issue is me never getting my sauces that I PAY FOR and having to always comeback to attitude for your guys mistake or rushing me out of the drive thru when I’m making sure everything is in my bag when I’m always missing something! My chicken nuggets always have gross white tissue on it that’s very visible, how lazy are the workers to still put the nuggets in the box and give out! This is the closest McDonald to my job and I hate having to drive to other locations. GET IT TOGETHER.

I came here for my lunch (I work nights) I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, a bacon McDouble, and a sprite, first time around they almost gave me the wrong order and I caught it gave it back at the window, they then gave me the correct order but forgot my sprite so I went around the drive through again. When I got back to work I opened my order and saw that there wasn’t any bacon on either sandwich.

Always having issues with my orders here with stuff missing and seems like all of the workers that run the drive thru are always in a bad mood if they dont like their job why work there

Very disrespectful staff! On top of that they all of them wear pajamas to work and slippers! Definitely not a good atmosphere the manager let these employees set a very unsettling tone! Shame on staff and management for allowing this

Sold me a spoiled shake and refused a refund. It was warm and separated. They only would replace it with another from the same machine. Why would I want another spoiled item. Look at the attached photo, you can see it even separating. This is supposed to be vanilla. It’s one thing to get an order wrong, it’s another to be knowingly serving soiled food. Totally unacceptable.
