I rarely write reviews but I have gotten so tired of this place that I honestly have to. I only go here cuz it’s down the street from where I live but I’m never coming back. Almost every time I come here, my order is wrong. I don’t even have complicated orders. I’m a vegetarian and usually come for a pie and/or smoothie on the occasion. They can’t ever get that simple order right. Last night I went in the drive thru and ordered a smoothie and 2 specialty pies. They said the smoothie machine wasn’t working. No big deal. So I ask about the pies and told them I specifically only want the specialty ones and NO apple. And they said they have enough specialty pies. The guy hands me bag that he’s clenching closed and I look inside and of course there’s an apple in there. I’m annoyed cuz this has happened MANY occasions. I’m not down for paying my own money for things I don’t want. I don’t know if there’s no communication or if they just don’t care. It’s truly annoying.

Grabbed lunch today and my husband’s Quarter Pounder wasn’t cooked!!! Looked like they barely threw it on the grill and then sent it out!!! Not good at all!! McDonald’s, you can do better!!

I ordered a “Big Mac” and it only contained one half of a meat patty. Supposed to be two patties but only one tiny piece of meat. Also my other “Big Mac” contained two tiny half like patties. No wonder Mc Donald’s”lowered” prices. They are taking all the meat out of their burgers. It’s just sad. Also this location will not answer the phone ever. So you have to travel all the way back and even then you are lucky to get what you order. Bad location

Made an online order. I received my food and was told to pull up to the drive thru spot. Very abrupt food service. I pulled to spot waited for 20 minutes. And no coffee I pull to the front and go inside to let them know and they look at me dumb founded and ask for a receipt when they hadn’t given me one. I ask for a refund considering my food is cold and all they refunded was the coffees and didn’t even give me the coffees on my order for the inconvenience . I’m a general manager and this was highly embarrassing to have an assistant manager acting like this in your store. This is not the way to keep costumers and business up especially while we have people from out of town here. When I asked for his GM he laughed and said she’ll be in tomorrow. I will be calling to make a complaint. This is a privately owned McDonalds and I’d expect for the service to be kind and courteous. Apologetic. Will not come back to this McDonald’s ever again.

I stopped at the drive-thru at the McDonalds at Harper and Wyoming on Thursday, July 31st and my order is timed at 11:06 am. I got 2 Ranch snack wraps, two filet-o-fish sandwiches and two small fries. Everything was great until I got to the end of the pile of my french fries on the paper plate. There is a long, black hair sitting there smack dab between the fries. I know that places are short-staffed, but seriously, employees need to brush their hair out, make sure there are not stray hairs, and put it up or something. I hadn’t been able to go to this place in months and the first time I go here because I was out running errands and was exhausted, it doesn’t live up to par.

Their system didn’t have my code for my mobile app order. I had the screenshot showing the order as well as my Venmo showing the money taken out. The guy at the window was unbelievably rude, didn’t offer to take my order at the window just kept telling me there was nothing he could do and my money would be refunded in 1-2 days. I didn’t want to go to that location, I wanted to go to the one by my house but the app couldn’t find that location. Guess where I ended up, the location by my house (Holly location) where they were super nice and helpful. Now I remember why I hate the Harper location.

This McDonalds sucks. I’m really disappointed I went and got me the Grinch meal. I couldn’t even enjoy my pickle fries because the fries were so hard like a rock The chicken nuggets disgusting it tastes like they were sitting there for a while. I ordered a single sandwich and was pulled forward from the drive through window. I understand this for large orders, but it’s absolutely appalling to do this for a single item. I left after paying and being moved because this is not how a drive through should work. If you’re gonna charge this much for fast food these days maybe focus on customer service instead of drive through time averages. Whoever owns this McDonald’s needs to think of the customer not their wallet.
