This store is always filthy dirty and disgusting people using drugs needles, smoking God knows what. and then walking up to you and constantly asking for money. I don’t know how people can eat from this McDonald’s really any McDonald’s. But this store is always so disgusting and dirty. I will say they did clean it up a little. Because on my last visit to pick up a delivery order. It was a lot worse than this.

Terrible service. They ignore the front register. Don’t come inside as they do not have a pleasant vibe in this store at all.
The customer service here was so bad I don’t trust using their website for complaints! I am starting to believe even their website team is just as bad as this store! If your “Frontline” employees can’t be bothered to serve customers at the most basic level what makes me believe your website team is any better?

I always get decent service, depending on the time it can get very packed inside and the wait for drive thru is a while, also the bathrooms are kinda dirty sometimes but considering how many people use it, it’s not too bad. Overall the people are always kind and if they mess up my order they always fix it in a timely manner.

Rude staff! Very slow service! I ordered a chocolate shake and I was waiting for 10 minutes. They were rude to me and helped another customer who was behind me. Once they brought the drink out they threw the straw at me.

This is your average McDonald’s, but in a horrible location. Parking lot is tricky and semi- dangerous. People will definitely walk in front of your car because they’re drunk, high or just generally dazed and confused. Go VERY slow. And you will most likely be approached in the drive-thru by someone requesting food or money. I do not recommend this location.

Hi we went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered chicken nuggets and a quarter ponder, and small fries. Well they forgot my honey mustard for my nuggets so we went back thru. I don’t know who was in the present window, a very rude kid. I told him I needed honey mustard and he basically threw it at me. Very rude and in called for. The present window represents McDonalds it should be someone who actually has a good personality.

Its an okay place but the downside is that homeless people ask for money. I understand they need it but oh well.

It clearly states that the restaurant is supposed to be open 24 hours. We ordered through the online app. The online order was placed with no problem. When we got there, they REFUSED to make our order. I was charged for an order that I was told I could not pick up because the employee said they had no food!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with NO pickles and they put pickles and the chicken is hard and there is almost NO sauce on the sandwich also not to mention that the food is cold … customer service is rude… They should at least pretend to care…. And they should at least clean around Their store….
